Dustin Suarez The short version: unprofessional, lazy, and inefficient. Failed to properly diagnose a simple electrical error and wasted entirely too much time in the process. The long version: When my vehicle completely failed to start, it was taken to United Auto Repair for diagnosis and repair. About three days later, they told me that the error was a faulty ignition switch. I had to call regularly to get status updates on my vehicle because the shop didnt bother to contact me when they had new information. Fast forward the rest of the week, and I discover, via a phone call that I made, that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Again, the shop didnt bother to contact me to inform me. The cost of the "repair" was $350. The vehicle didnt perform much better. I had to take it back three days later because it once again failed to start. On the first day they had the vehicle, they told me that the starter that was the in the vehicle, which I had purchased and installed myself just the day before, was no good. They told me (again, through a phone call that I made to them) that they could take the starter to the store where I purchased it, exchange it for a good part, and install it for me at no extra charge. I approved this course of action. They hit a snag when they attempted to make the exchange because they were giving the store an incorrect name and phone number, and the store therefore could not find a record of sale. United Auto Repair did not inform me of this. Instead, they went the rest of that day and the entire next day doing nothing, making no effort to contact me and inform me of what had happened. On the third day, I once again called them and discovered this outrageous news. I promptly picked up my vehicle on the third day and had another personally trusted mechanic look at my vehicle. As it turned out, part of the cable connecting my starter to my battery was faulty. United Auto Repair turned a 50-cent, 3-minute fix into a 350-dollar ripoff and ten days of wasted time.

Jessica Pena-Delgado Dropped my car off and had it repaired in 2 days! Saved a ton of money, I got quoted $400 more at another shop. Havent had any problems. Vince knows his stuff. This is the only place I will go for now on if I have any problems with my car again.

Fred Maestaz I MADE IT ALL THE WAY TO MEXICO..!! When I heard a knock in my Engine I called Lopez Auto Repair and spoke to Ben.. He told me what he thought it could be and what he would do to replace it.. He also recommended that if he was going to rip apart my Engine there might be other parts he would replace.. Instantly I knew he was the Man for the job..and I was Right.. It turned out to be one of my Lifters as he predicted and Repaired and put my Engine back together and its run like a DREAM..!! Pulling hills..NO Problem..! I recommended them to anyone and Trust sending my Daughter here to give her Honest Excellent Service..Thanks Lopez Auto Repair..!

Bradley R. Mr Cesar Lopez is a very experienced and honest mechanic out to earn an honest living. Long story short I am on a road trip 995 miles from home and my truck started to have serious issues. A bolt in the rear differential broke making it impossible to disassemble and therefore impossible to fix my axle issues. I am far from home I don’t have the tools or ability to fix this and the cost of replacement parts is starting to exceed the value of my entire vehicle. Cesar was able to carefully grind out and extract the broken parts, save my differential in a way only a skilled experienced mechanic would be able to. Mr Lopez saved my truck, saved my entire road trip and I am extremely grateful. I do mechanic work for money at home I know this was not a simple or easy problem to fix. His price was extremely fair and he was happy to see me on my way. Best experience, any one else could have seen I was a desperate outsider with few options and easily taken advantage of the situation. Very happy I came here, would absolutely do it again

GINO ANGULO I was turned down by a couple of shops for a transmission service, yes the car has a special transmission (VW, DSG tranny) but I assumed it wouldnt be a big deal. Boy was I wrong. Going to German Automotive slightly discouraged from other shops was such an eye opener. Santiago and his guys know these cars, and also know their business. They finished the car sooner than expected and Im back on the road with the confidence of having a new car. I hope to keep this car on the road for a long time and I will continue going to Visalia German Automotive for my services and everything my car may need. Highly recommend

Doc Holiday If you wish you could find a mechanic you can trust, look no further. This shop is amazing, their service is incredible. They are always consistent. They keep you informed and they get the job done. They have the best prices and I highly recommend them.

Beatriz P I take my car to this shop for any maintenance lights that turn on, any noise my car makes, just about anything that doesn’t feel right. I have gotten brakes, rotors, oil changes. My mom has taken her car for major work (transmission, engine, radiator), as well as smog work. This auto shop is great! Great owner, great manager. Alonso does all the work on our cars and he is very knowledgeable. If they are really busy, they will let you know that it may take longer. In my opinion, a shop that is busy is a GOOD thing.

Samantha Ruiz My cars brake lights were all out and I was told by my regular mechanic to find a place that does electric work on cars so I found this place. It had good reviews so I took my car there. I paid $748.77 for them to fix my brake lights and interior light because that got messed up by another mechanic looking at my car. SEVEN months later my cars brakes lights went out AGAIN. Took it back to the shop and now they are saying something else needs to be fixed. I was shocked! I believe if anyones car that needs repair should be COMPLETELY fixed of the problem. For something else to happen in that short of a time is ridiculous to me. My car is only driven in town. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to keep paying to fix the SAME problem.

christian ferrene Had an intermittent problem with my 96 dodge dakota. Misfiring and stalling occasionally. I replaced everything from ignition to fuel components. A different shop couldnt figure out the problem. Couldnt fix it. Towed the truck to litte johns shop and they quickly found the issue. Shorting speed sensor wire ontop the driveline. Electrical gremlin sort of a problem. Not every shop would be able to detect this problem. Good shop. Would gladly take my truck back in.

Willy Z Long story short, I was really upset about an issue I had with their credit program and in the process I went to a location that was partnered with their credit program when I get to this specific spot to get my oil changed and other stuff done to my car they said they couldn’t find my account so I wasted my time being their, I called the Visalia store where I first got my card and Christian the Service manager found out what the issue is and he even gave me a courtesy discount on some tires and oil change and really did fix the problem! Quick and effective! We didn’t have to go back and forth , I told Christian exactly what the problem was and what I was requesting and he solved the problem and took care of me! As a customer that really made me feel good! Most managers don’t feel the need to do anything extra for their clients, but Christian got the job done! If you ever need transparency and trust, Christian the service manager is definitely the “Man”

Veronica Castaneda A friend recommended them and we called and got a straight forward quote. Love that! We took it in and 3 hrs later fully fixed and such a great price! They seem very honest and we always look for that in car mechanics! Will definitely return to them in the future!

Benjamin Pelletier My Honda Odyssey had some trouble on our road trip and I was worried about getting it fixed without having to find a hotel for extra nights. I called at 2pm and described the problem and Precision said they should be able to fit it that day (awesome -- they closed at 5pm). I dropped it off at 2:15pm and Joe and team had it ready less than 2 hours later. Plus, the cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommended.

KC Chic These are go-to guys for car repairs. My air conditioner stopped working during hot weather and a long drive to work. These guys got my A/C problem dianosed, part ordered and delivered within a short time on a Saturday. I hope this kind of service will last when they get to new heights. I know their business will grow by this one good experience.

LIFER Jurado I went there to Have a Oil change Basic. Josh W. Was a Big Help and thanks to the crew. I had my wheels rotated for free because of the oil change I didnt know that until they told me at the end which to me I was blessed because I actually needed it. The business been there for a long time for good reason so if you were going to Good guys back in the days before all the new fast oil changes came around I suggest you guys go back and support this business thats been here for the thick and thin. Chasity Heath The salesman and workers were very professional and knowledgeable, I brought my tire in, dropped it off, did some shopping and it was ready super quick! The store was clean and everyone had a great attitude. The salesman quoted the prices of my tire and was not pushy at all, I told him which one I wanted and he sold me the tire. I really appreciate going to a place where they let the customer decide and dont try to push other options. I will definitely be back in the future

payne2all There is only 1 car doctor I trust with my cars. He owns Quality Auto Center. With the cost of autos these days its great to be able to trust a Good machanic to work on them for a reasonable fee. Just do it.

Vanya Cass Went to Mariscal service body shop for a paint job on my Mustang GT and they did such a great job from the body work to the wheels and making sure that the previous color no longer showed even when I open the trunk, doors and hood. They made sure to get every detail on it, even the logos have the custom paint job and I get so many compliments on it!
