Flavio Carbajal This shop constantly sends me emails, mailers, and even holiday cards encouraging me to keep using their services. I’ve taken two vehicles here in the past for transmission work and was seen the same day, which I appreciated.
But for the past two months, I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone about two different Jeeps—one needs a new transmission, and the other needs the transfer case resealed. For the first Jeep, I called three times and was told someone would get back to me. I only received one call, and when I tried returning it, no one answered. For the second Jeep, I was told someone would call me with a quote—I missed the call, called back, and again, no response.
If you’re going to go out of your way to advertise to me so persistently, at least make sure your service matches the same energy.

Sandra Epps Its been a long time since Ive been to Protrans Automotive and I had a different car then but still a great experience. I decided to go back for a second opinion on some work that the dealer said I needed. Come to find out nothing needed fixing. The customer service was great and there was no service charge because they didnt find anything wrong with my car! Thank you to everyone there for your help
