Chris Hall I was recommended this place by a co worker. Pullins lied to me about their ability to perform Ford warranty work. I had issues with a noise coming from the rear wheel, and the front breaks squeeking. They told me no problem, and they do ford warranty work. Come to find out, they can not do ford warranty work, then charged me for a diagnostic of the issues. They only addressed the rear wheel issue and never even looked at the front breaks.. charged me 165 bucks for NOTHING. I didnt ask for a diagnostic of the car, I asked if they did warranty work... so do not go here to have your car worked on, as they are likely to rip you off.

Sebastian Sutton The young lady who helped us out was very polite and helpful. She was very good about calling and keeping us informed. The gentleman who repaired our car was very helpful and explained everything in detail about our AC system. What needed to be done to repair and a breakdown of the cost of parts and labor. He was very understanding and repaired our car fast. I would definitely go to him again!

Donna Kimes The owner Tim always makes time to do the job right. He is honest and has frequently told me that I don’t need work that I thought I needed. Prices are reasonable and I’m always confident that I only pay for what is really needed. My diesel RV and two cars are always in great running condition due to this shop. Highly recommended!

Elias Munguia Very knowledgeable and professional. After calling almost all the mechanics in the city and even in Vacaville, most of them told me they would call me back with a quote for a specific job I was looking to get. Turns out none of them ever called me back and this is not the first time. Don helped me evaluate the problem over the phone and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job that I had requested on that same phone call unlike the other mechanics in the city. Once I dropped the car off, Don was able to diagnose my problem within an hour of me dropping it off after I had left. He called me and notified me that the problem was actually not what another mechanic had told me it was and told me what it actually was. Turns out my car was too far gone and needed a new engine. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis and even towed the car back to my place with his towing services at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend him and will be coming back to have work done on my cars in the future when needed.

Gene Beyer Don Wade is an excellent mechanic, very experienced and knowledgeable. Cant beat the GREAT work for the price as his work and shop definitely are worth it. Ive had many cars thus many repairs, throughout our GREAT land, and, this shop and his knowledge are the best Ive witnessed in over 40 years. He has a wonderful disposition and doesnt beat around the bush as he gets right to the point of your vehicles problems.

Andrija Perovic Great job on the alignment had me out of there in 3 hours flat! Thanks Firestone EDIT: I had an issue with my steering wheel, it was cocked to the right after Firestone did the alignment. I spoke to the manager and they mentioned they could squeeze me in and I didn’t need an appointment. After bringing the car in - I waited for 2 hours. I was told that the issue with the steering wheel was “probably” fixed. Once I started driving the car again, it was still cocked to the right. TL;DR not only did they charge me $110, the car was worse off after than when I brought it there. I would expect more professionalism from a reputable company.

Rand Mudafr Really impressed with the service at Firestone. Ahmed was professional, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through what my car needed, and everything was handled smoothly. Also, the quote I got was much more reasonable than what I’d been given at a couple of other places. It’s not always easy to find that kind of service these days, so I really appreciated it. Thank you Firestone!!

raul sandoval I have been coming here for my smog test for the past six years. the auto technician"the owner" made a error in putting wrong information and milage odometer miles. now carfax history report is reporting wrong information. I dropped by the shop and he told me I had to pay for his mistake, what the f.......k. if you dont want headches dont go there. like my boss tells me, takes a lot to gain a customer and a second to loose one.

Meghan Hall Such a great automotive repair shop! I’ve been coming here for the last 20 years to have my vehicles smog done and repairs. The shop is run by a husband and wife, they have always taken care of my vehicles, they are an exceptional team. I’m happy to support small business and I always refer my friends and family to this particular shop. I’ve never had an issue with the work performed on my vehicles and I will continue to bring my vehicles to them in the future! I highly recommend this business!!!

Wuilder Castillo The absolute best experience. I was told there was going to be a charge to inspect and find the issue my 1988 mustang was having. He inspected it, and found the issue by just test driving the car and hearing the sound my transmission was making. At the end he did not want to charge me. I will definitely bring my business to him from now on…

Took him a few days but he got my car up and working!! So genuinely grateful I able to find a honest, legit auto place! I will be taking my car here for ANY other future car issues I may have. I didnt catch the guys name but if he sees this thank you so much for fixing my car!! Was dealing with this SAME car issue for the past 2 months!! Definitely take your car here for ANY issues you are having, but call ahead to see if they have any availability this place books fast but its fair priced and honest! And wont take advantage of you if you come alone, especially if your a women.

Brian Dietrich This place was awesome! I had the best experince getting my motor mounts fixed in my 2009 audi a4. Other placers were over priced and didnt accept after market parts. European auto took the work with no problem and with the best price. Not only was the owner very informative of problems or concerns i had with the car not related to the motor mounts. He was very experinced and new what he was talking about. I wont go any where else for my audi to get worked on. Thanks for getting my audi back to its smooth and undeniable audi feel!!

Jimmy knows his stuff and is fair, I never doubted what they told me or felt that I was being taken for a ride. They are very busy, but that is a testament to the quality of their work.

The process was so smooth and my vehicle came back to me looking brand new! Veronica was helping me along the way with consistent updates through the repair process. I wasnt left wondering the status of my vehicle at any point. This honestly gave me such relief. I picked up my car when finished and it was quick and easy! So far so good with everything a week removed from pickup. Id recommend G&C to any one in need of Body repairs!

Oscar Altindag Raymond at the service department was super helpful. Brought my X7 for an oil change. You normally don’t get complementary vehicle for a simple oil change, but he gave it to me anyways cause I had no other ride.Hhe also help me find a Interior part that I’m trying to change on my car.

Vianey Gante Worst customer service EVER!!! The two mechanics on site were very rude towards my husband and I. The only reason why my husband went back to that place was beacause he had done the oil change at first there, thinking they would be helpful to fix our car. Overall, the mechanic wanted to charge my husband an arm and leg for the parts supposibly with a "discount" that they give him, LIES!!! I got the same parts and saved almost $200 on parts, and the mister got hella mad cause we took the parts insted of him ordering them. Honsetly, I do not recommend this place at all !!!

Kathleen v I took my car that was hit after owning it for 2 weeks to Crash Champions. I had no idea how lucky I was to be referred to them by my insurance company. Very impressed with the customer service at Crash Champions they were totally topnotch. From beginning to end more than satisfied with the customer service receiving texts updates all through the repair process. The best part was picking up my vehicle 2 days before the scheduled deadline and finding my car better than ever. Highly Recommend they do everything right!

Upon completion of the oil change I left the establishment and accidently dropped my wallet at the restaurant and VW fairfield was able to get ahold and notify me that I left my wallet. Big thanks to them and the member rhat found and returned my wallet!!

Travie_D _ I came here because I needed the oil and transmission fluid changed on my 94 GMC Sierra. They worked with my schedule and got it done for me quickly and for a reasonable price. Upon picking the truck up, I was speaking with the owner about how hot it was and I mentioned the AC didn’t work that well in the truck and he told me about this machine he just bought that fully services the system. So I said sure why not and next thing you know, my AC system was bled, checked for leaks and filled with brand new refrigerant! My AC hasn’t felt this cold in 10 years!! I’m so happy I decided to come here and their honesty and good workmanship has earned a new loyal customer!

william Dias This place will mid diagnosed your car, claim to have checked the ignition system but clearly didn’t. Charged me 640$ for what was just a broken spark plug. According to the most recent mechanic they did nothing at all. This place is a scam. Don’t bring your car here. They cannot be trusted. I received no documents and paid via phone because you closed before I got off work. I approved 150$ for diag and you wasted your own time by simply doing nothing to the vehicle. Sorry excuse for a mechanic. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

chance vought Good service! No long wait for appointment. Sent my car via tow company and dropped it off to Abdul. It was done before 12PM the next day. A short via connector under the battery assembly. 2014 Ford Focus P06B8 issue

JJ Albert Abdul is a very profesional guy, I go to him for all my A/C recharging services. He vacuum checks the system and adds the recommended amount of freon. Dont use those cans from your auto parts store, they add air to your system. Trust the profesionals.
