Amanda Bill is great. Deals with insurance wonderfully, answers all together questions, hes honest and no bs. Did such a great job repairing my car and getting the paint color matched! The repair was relatively quick and he kept me updated on everything. I definitely recommend North State Auto Body!

Andrew Flores Bill is a great service professional. His estimate was spot on, his shop was easily located. He was on it and with his phone he proceeded to document and figure out the costs. I thought his estimate was more than fair . Really quick and very nice.

Dale Cook I couldnt get anybody in the Jackson California or Sutter Creek area to work on my truck crossroads that no problem they could handle it and I appreciate it very much.

Suzy Weiss Recently, we were passing through Jackson, CA on our way home to the bay area. We needed to get gas and most important a bathroom stop. Gas prices at Tresslers Tire & Performance were good and it had place for snacks and a pit stop. As usual, I sent my husband in first to check out the level of cleanliness of the bathroom. When he came back he said, I think you are going love this bathroom. I want to give a big thank you and a top recommendation for the cleanest bathroom over and above any of our road trips. Whether you are travelers or just in the area and need a bathroom, gas or some snacks, plus the friendliest customer service…check it out you won’t be sorry.

Wayne Darling Im not from this area & have only been here once but i wouldnt mind going back there at all. Everyone was always smiling & it just had a good vibe all around. Everything went smoothly & had no reasons to complain. The Gentleman there even stopped what he was doing to help push the non-running car all the way out to our Flatbed. Ive been to Alot of Repair Shops & TowYards & 95% of them Wont help with stuff like that. I would definitly recommend these guys for this area Mainly based on how helpful they are. They were a pleasure to deal with & they seemed to know what they were doin because it didnt seem like there was any shortage of work/cars in the parking lot.

Kyle Drake If I could give 6 stars I would. I was recommended Joes shop from my father. I recently did some front suspension work myself to fix a clunking noise I had and took it to a shop close to my home in Texas for the alignment. I still had the clunking noise when turning and drove up for the holidays. I thought I needed to replace some more components. Joe looked at it and not only found my clunking noise and fixed it but found where the local texas shop didnt properly seat my back wheel nuts from the Alignment. He saved me money for the components and straightened my steering up. Highly recommended mechanic shop. Joe really cares and is trustworthy. 6 STAR MECHANIC SHOP.

April H Now: the last time that I visited this car wash, it was a totally unsatisfactory experience. The interior of the wash was filthy, the pay machine did not give me a receipt (this happens 90% of the time), and the vacuum did not suck (which would ordinarily be a good thing). No. Oh, and soap was left on my STILL-DIRTY car. Go to the casino. Safe, Clean, same price, more options. YEARS AGO, this was my review: Good carwash, fun lights for the kiddo, and vacuuming the crumbs is free!

Jim Little I was on a trip with my with in our older Land Rover. After successfully completing the Rubicon off road trail I found that I needed new suspension bushings installed. Arturo accommodated my limited schedule and got us successfully on the road again. I highly recommend his service to anyone needing anything from autos, 4x4, RV’s. Renata Gonzalez He is so unprofessional! Took my car in to get my transmission rebuilt by him. Took him over one year to get my car fixed. At first was told he would have my transmission rebuilt in 3 months. Then it turned into 6 months, then into 1year!! After calling and texting numerous times. I could never get a straight answer from him. There was always something that came up. Finally once I get my car back, he said he would guarantee his work and parts for 2 years. Fast forward 1year.. transmission fails again! I was very reluctant to contact him because of previous experience but I did because of his warranty he had promised. Called him and spoke to him and he said he would honor his warranty.. after speaking to him he said he would contact me when he would be by to pick up the car. 4 months later after numerous attempts to contact him by phone and text, no response or replies back till this day!! Still waiting... such a nightmare!! Don’t ever take your car to this place!!! Horrible and stressful experience with this guy. Maybe he will finally contact me right when the warranty expires. (Which is in a couple months) such a joke!! I only gave him one star because I couldn’t give 0 stars.

Jerry McKinney We were traveling through Lasson National Park and the Service DEF alert came on (with the limp mode alert in 150 miles). We are headed from AZ to Oregon. The local RAM dealers could see the truck in one week…. The Red Bluff service manager recommended Frank’s Auto Repair. Wow. Frank saw the truck immediately. He reviewed the error codes, regen’d the truck, cleared the codes, and had us back on the travel road in a little over an hour. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
