Lawrence Brown NAPA has had what i needed in the past, BUT... Called to confirm they had batteries I needed and that they would install them. Drove 20 miles. Selected brand, and as I pulled out my credit card to purchase, I asked them to replace the car battery to get core. Was told by one of them, in so many words, that he could not be bothered. Loyalty tolerates only so much - there are plenty of other, closer stores, and I got a better battery, installed, for less, elsewhere. Bye, NAPA! You lost this loyal customer because of a lazy employee who misrepresented advertised service. No integrity.

Rita Kindle We would NEVER use this place again. After we spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on major repairs, we found out they had returned the car to us in a dangerous condition. We could have died in that car. When we returned the car to them, once again they gave it back with major problems remaining. It has cost us thousands more towing our car, getting a correct diagnosis for it, taking it to other repair shops. All with lukewarm response from this place, who were mostly worried about legal repercussions. What this place did was CRIMINAL.

Jordan Vanclef Very poorly service since I dropped the car off 7 weeks ago today for a transmission failure of my reverse not working and Subaru of America wont cover my transmission even though the car has only 8,700 miles on it which should be clearly covered under warranty since it goes for 5 years or 60K miles for limited power train warranty. Its been nothing but really bad communication and being told that they will look at it but all I get told to me over the phone is one excuse after another, nothing happens within the days they say they will inspect my vehicle and Im truly disappointed. I would recommend in never bringing your "NEW VEHICLE" in for service, as mine has been a pretty horrible experience and sad to say that Ive been in the process of getting it bought back as soon as possible but even Subaru of America wont help me with getting the process started, just throwing blame on me for my new car breaking randomly when they dont have any proof of what happened since service wont inspect my frickin car and just abandoning it outside the shop. What happened to always making sure your customers are getting the best of service and taking care of their priorities, not neglecting them or not communicating at all. Can someone just please look at my car so I have an understanding to whats going on since leaving it alone we will never really know what may have broke with this low of mileage but sounds like my car just ended up being the lemon car out of the millions they have made. Sad to say that I will never end up purchase another Subaru every again...

Khalin cottingham My check engine light came on, and I was calling around to find a place to help diagnose the problem. I found Steve his price was by far the best out of all the other places I called. I asked when could I possibly bring it in, and he said now, tomorrow, whenever you want. Wow okay awsome! Got to his mechanics shop he walked right out with me to look at my car. I can see him and his team was busy but still made time right away to help me, then not even wanting to charge me, I wanted to pay something to support this machanic shop, but he just didnt want to charge me. I definitely will be back. These are the kind mechanics I want to support, I will definitely be back the next time something is wrong with my car. Thank you!

Dean Drews Steves was just great! We had driven from Milwaukee and had a repair done on the way here. There was still a bad smell from the car and we were concerned about driving home. Steves was able to look at our car right away even though they were very busy and find the issue. It was just a piece of molding that was touching the muffler. They sent us on our way and didnt even charge us. Great service and kind personable people!

Evan Ohlson Fantastic shop. I was nervous bringing my truck here simply because they were recommended by the other parties insurance, but Im glad I did. The service I received was nothing short of excellent. Both Ross and Chris were very helpful and accommodating with my schedule. The best surprise was showing up to pick up my truck and they had washed it inside and out. They had it looking better than it had since I bought it new. If you are ever in an accident or need any type of body work, I highly recommend calling and asking for Chris or Ross. They will get you taken care of.

Scott Mundy I had my first car accident and took my car in to be evaluated. I was met by Chris who gave me outstanding service and laid out the process and options for me when it came to services and rental cars. He really took the stress off of me in a tough situation. Later I dropped off my car to be towed away. The owner George over heard that I had to walk back to work. He personally gave me a ride back. Daegalus Zero Chris changed my plugs and 02 sensor wicked fast and cheaper than anywhere else I’ve ever been. Also recently did a few more fixes to it and was still crazy fast. I’ll always take my vehicles to him!! Wonderful work!

Michael M As a dealership mechanic I can assure you they are honest and true to their word. They honor their warranty with no pushback. I purchased a 24 year old Lincoln and the previous owner had the transmission replaced there. I eventually had shift lever issues, they replaced the parts under warranty knowing I was the second owner. If I ever need transmission repairs on any of my cars I will bring them here. Thanks guys!

Salon Santa Cruz My husband and son son-in-law were traveling from Santa Cruz to the Stanislaw for fishing trip when they stop in Sonora and the ruck wouldn’t start again which left them stranded for a few hours. I reached out and was going to have them towed To Sonora auto and diesel, as they communicated with me on a Sunday afternoon via Facebook messenger. Thankfully, the tow truck driver was able to get the truck started and on their way again. I am forever grateful for this company that is willingl respond to you on a Sunday and with such a quick response. I would say they are definitely a 5 star business.

Gary Nole I had my vehicle repaired by Troys Auto Service at his house On Mount Brow Road in Sonora, CA. It was in September of 2013 and this vehicle has 7,000 miles since the repair. I had the upper and lower ball joints replaced on both sides of the front end. Keep in mind this is 1-5-2017 that I am writing this and the ball joints are already very bad and the vehicle will not drive straight and feels like driving a boat and it has been verified by two legit auto repair business in Sonora that the ball joints are all bad. Those ball joints should have lasted for many years, not 3 years and 3 months. I started to repair the left upper one first because it is popping and I thought I would fix that one and at least be able to drive it until I get to the other three when I can. My upper ball joints screw out from the top but when I went to look at them to unscrew them I noticed that on two of the four sides there are welds on those two sides. What in the world would anyone need to weld ball joints that were brand new unless he kept the brand new ones and made the old ones stay in better by just welding them in. I got charged for replacing all four of them. I dont know what the heck this guy was thinking or doing. How I will get it out is a very seriously difficult thing to do now. First of all lasting three years only and welding them in is unbelievable and this whole time the dust covers have been cracked which means he did it to fast and cut them so it doesnt hold grease because of his sloppy work. I wouldnt trust him as far as I can spit!! Unbelievable and how will I will get this out now.

Daniel Roy When calling to ask for mobile service near Sonora, CA we were informed that there is no longer Mobile service offered. When asking if it was possible to pay for a mobile service, the service person on the phone became rude and actually hung up. I would not recommend this company even for non-mobile service based on the customer service (or lack thereof) that we experienced. For a small town, this company has it all wrong. Giving one star only because the phone number was correct.

They had me visit the shop and worked on my windshield and it was fixed as new!! They have received me great and gave an awesome customer experience!! I truly suggest to call this place for any problems for your car while you are on road and in close proximity to this place call them!!!

Kayli Gomez I had such a heart touching experience at Fix Auto this past week with their crew I had to share. I came in to see if they could help me with a mini fender bender from a friend that was taking me home from the ER the night prior, they didn’t see the dark blue car parked next to us and barely swiped it. Enough to leave noticeable marks on my 22 white Highlander though. I financially don’t have the extra $500 for my deductible. So I decided to try and go around town and see how much it would be to just try and have it buffed out to look better. I went to one shop prior, they quoted me $4k for a cash price…. I felt quite defeated and that obviously I wasn’t going to be able to have it fixed right now. Before going home I decided to drive by Fix Auto just to see if maybe there was still some hope at the end of the tunnel. Upon arrival I was greeted by Julie at their front desk, and she was so friendly and welcoming right away. I started to explain to her what happened and what I was looking for. She called her Manager Miguel to the front to have him assist me, as he arrived I was sharing with Julie why I was in the ER the last 2 days prior. He was so patient in waiting for us to finish our conversation, and proceeded to go look at my vehicle with me. Within 2 minutes he was like I can buff most of this out for you for sure, I was expecting him to let me know how much it would cost next but he was like no I’ll be right back I’m going to just do it for you real fast if you have a moment!! I was in shock, I truly started to cry. He came back out with his paint specialist Hunter and they proceeded to remove the blue paint and for the couple tiny spots where my white paint was gone, hunter grabbed the closest white he had to my 3 layer paint ( gotta love that pearl white from Toyota lol) and touched it in up and gave me the rest of the bottle in case I needed it before I could afford to get it fully fixed. They also walked around my vehicle and removed a small black line from a shopping cart a few months back in a completely different spot! I couldn’t stop thanking these gentlemen, they truly went beyond the extra mile for me and I wasn’t even a paying customer. You just don’t see that kind of generosity in our current times a lot anymore. Miguel told me he just really wanted to help me out after the last couple days I’ve had and there really are no words for the weight I felt leave after seeing no blue paint on my beautiful car anymore. No it’s not perfect but it’s beyond better and this kind act changed my week at a very needed time! I will be recommending everyone I know needing auto body repairs moving forward to Fix Auto! Great team, great customer service!

J Bixler Inspections Auto Tech is the very best place to take your vehicles for any repairs! We had a company truck towed to the local dealership and they quickly said it needed a new transmission and it was gonna be 12853 dollars! The truck has 120k miles!! We had it towed to auto tech for a second opinion and told Eric what had happened. He did some research and found a simple problem within the Fords 10 speeds and had the transmission fixed and back on the road for a diagnostic fee and some gas! Seriously cannot thank these guys enough for their honest, quick and great service!

Peter Friendly knowledgeable staff! All the warning lights were flashing on our dash as we started our 5 hour drive home. They were already booked for the day but squeezed us in to check the codes, assess the warning lights, and determine need for immediate repairs. We were back on the road in minutes and no charge! lisa rossi Shawn answered the phone on the weekend and had Scott the service technician out on Monday. Scott was amazing, solved all the rat water issues with piping. Bryan Bockman I brought my vehicle in to find out why my car cabin smelled like gas after a repair. When I arrived I was greeted by Tom who was extremely friendly and introduced me to Kris the mechanic. Kris was quickly able to diagnose that my fuel pump gasket wasnt seated right and repaired it quickly. Highly recommended!

Andrew Jessee Chris at Elite is awesome! I have a 2002 Duramax that he swapped a Motor, Injectors, CP3, Water pump, New seals, New AC hoses, Batteries. Probably a few other things. I had the work done June of 2024 and the truck is running great 7-23-25 and has not needed to go back for anything. He also has worked on my Tahoe. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

Scott Sutton Had Mark and Harry install a tremec 5 speed and do some other work including a new pan gasket, it took 4 quarts of oil to get home and its all under the car the pan gasket slipped out and it blew oil everywhere. I ran into another 66 Corvette owner who warned me about their work. He had to take his car to another shop to get it sorted. In short not a good experience. LOOK elsewhere for reliable work. OH, FORGOT, they broke the open ear off the RH manifold too. So much for honesty!

Rod Rivard Shout out to Mark, Harrison and the crew. They swapped out my 4 speed for a new Tremec 5 speed plus some other odds and ends. What a difference in performance. They certainly know their way around Corvettes and any other auto out there. Would highly recommend them. 5 Stars Plus!
