1 /5 Omar Mendoza: I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel like people should be warned.
From the moment we walked in, the service was terrible. The girl at the front was visibly rude, giving us angry looks, and when our server came over, he spoke so fast it was impossible to understand what he was saying. We thought we ordered clearly, but what came out was completely different—my son got just two chicken tenders, my mom got a mac and cheese, and the “best burger in Long Beach” (as advertised on the menu) turned out to be one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. It tasted like a frozen patty, was completely flavorless, and I couldn’t even finish it.
The tenders were somehow even worse—so bad that the aftertaste lingered in my mouth long after trying them. My son urged me to taste one, and that was the final straw. I refused to pay for them, and instead of handling it professionally, the server got upset and said he would only charge us for the beers. In the end, we still ended up paying $35 for what was honestly one of the worst meals I can remember ever having.
On top of that, the place was swarming with flies, which made the entire meal even more unpleasant.
Overall, the food was inedible, the service was rude and chaotic, and the environment was unhygienic. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
