The Foodie Cafe - Chico (CA)

4 /5 Breanna Crutchfield: We stopped by this cute brunch spot and enjoyed the best pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had. We also got the dodo bird which was good, and the fried tot rockets were pretty good as well. The cheese skirt they come on was delightful! The service was great and the atmosphere had such a cool vibe. The bloody Mary’s could use some spices and a bit more mix but overall happy with our choices.

5 /5 Rodney Rollins: This restaurant to its roots out by the airport. Excellent menu. Items the own created. Make the drive it is totally worth it. They cater as well. Looks they are setup for events at their location. Just an all around great experience.

5 /5 Maggie Anderson: I found The Foodie Cafe while looking for places in the area that have monte cristo sandwiches, my moms favorite. We havent found any that dip the whole sandwich, but my mom said that The Foodie Cafes donut monte cristo was the best shes had of all of the monte cristos in Chico. She appreciated that there wasnt a weird sauce on it, like the one at Cheesecake Factory, and said that the donut gave it the same vibe as the whole thing being dipped in batter rather than just a sandwich on French toast. We both enjoyed the fresh fruit that came with our food.
