5 /5 May E: Good food, even greater service!
What we ordered:
3 TACOS PLATE:
I choose 2 asada and 1 Al pastor. The plate came with beans and rice.
The Al pastor was made different from what I’m used to but it was really good, so good that I should’ve gotten all my tacos Al pastor.
Disclosure: I make my own rice and beans at home so I’m a tad bit critical sometimes of rice and beans. Rice was a little overcooked for me and needed just a sprinkle more of seasoning.
ASADA NACHOS:
Very filling, they packed it so full it would’ve been good for 2 people. The only thing I would’ve wanted was some guacamole in it.
QUESA BIRRIA TACO:
Good, cheesy and full of meat. It doesn’t come with the consume, you have to ask for it on the side.
AGUA FRESCAS:
Disclosure: I like my agua frescas with pieces of pineapple (I ended up adding my own pineapples I had packed for the trip) and my pepino with pieces of cucumber so to me the pina and pepino con limon was ok. As far as the sweetness, I liked it cause it wasn’t super sweet. It was the right amount of sugar for me and it was even better when I added some liquor to it lol.
SERVICE is what pushed my review to 4 stars: 15/10 Brenda was so welcoming and had such a great vibe to her. She even hooked us up with some flan! Thank you for your hospitality and we’ll definitely stop by on our next visit to Bishop!
