5 /5 JEFFERY COMER: On our way up to Mammoth, we saw this barbecue place. As we were going home decided to stop on the way back down. Being from the south I haven’t seen real barbecue in a while, but this place was the real deal. Food was fantastic. The smell of smoking in the air was amazing and the staff couldn’t be nicer.

5 /5 marjon farz: My husband and I have drove past this place the last time we were leaving Mammoth and finally had the chance to try it this past trip! We stop by 30 minutes to close and youre able to place our order with no issues. I ordered the tri-tip sandwich combo and my husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich combo. The food came out fairly quickly. You pump your own sauces so you can decide your spice level. There is plenty of outdoor seating with a small indoor seating section as well. Our sandwiches were really tasty and great quality meat. If youre interested you can also order some tri-tip to go from their vending machine, which I thought was hilarious. Really cute stop for bbq, glad we were able to check it out.

5 /5 Jordy Ouwehand: We had a fair bit of bbq on our 3 week trip in the U.S., however this was by far the BEST one. We had the platter for 2 person which was more than sufficient. Inside they have a beer station with multiple local beers, highly recommend to enjoy a beer with your food. You can take a seat either inside or outside enjoying the mountain view. If you happen to travel from Yosemite to Las Vegas through death valley this BBQ place is a must.

4 /5 Matthias pumpkin: Parking ca be tough, line is long but moves fast. Outdoor seating can be rough due to the heat. Staff is nice and helpful. The ribs meal has a good serving of taste ribs and a large side of choice. The brisket sandwich was ok but the ribs shine. Its a good choice to stop for lunch.

5 /5 Roy Actual: Excellent, award winning, barbecue. Walk-up ordering and pick-up at a inside window. The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly if youve never been to the restaurant before. The meats are barbecued on location. Smokers are located out front. There are several picnic tables underneath the patio cover and some trees. Theres also an air-conditioned enclosed patio that has several picnic tables inside. Each picnic table has quick wipes to clean the table and maybe your hands.
