5 /5 Kim Vegano: I recently went through the drive-thru at Carl’s Jr., and I’ve got to say — the experience was actually pretty cool. The AI voice taking orders is a unique touch, and even though it can sometimes have a few hiccups (like needing to repeat something or a small mix-up), it’s still impressive how fast and efficient it is most of the time. But the real highlight is always the food. Everything was hot, fresh, and super tasty — just like Carl’s Jr. always is. My order came out exactly right, and the service was friendly when I pulled up to the window. If you’re patient with the tech, the rest of the experience totally makes up for it. I’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Jeffrey LC: The service inside is always awesome, service in the drive through (by a person) is great as well, the AI thing is... Nah. Always awesome at this Carls, and the ladies that work the front counters are always a pleasure to chat with.

4 /5 Alyssa Boyle: It was very good. Yummy food and sauce. Yummy drinks with good cherry coke. Other than it being a little expensive, we did see a big bug crawling on the ground.. but they had a big enough table for 9 which was very nice.
