3 /5 Nick Crosson: I really want to give sticky rice a higher rating as I do believe it is a decent restaurant. That being said... Im frustrated as a customer when I order any fried dish (sweet n sour, orange chicken, etc) and it comes out of the kitchen slathered in sauce and soggy as a bowl of oatmeal. Is it too much to ask for chicken to be fried to order and tossed immediately thereafter so it arrives at my table crispy? This to me is the difference between a great restaurant and a average one. I never mind waiting longer if my food comes out as though it was freshly made.
