Starbucks - Willows (CA)

5 /5 Ruta P.: Small but very clean and well organized. Had very early start and was so happy that they open so early-breakfast wrap was hot, fresh and tasty. Great friendly service, 3 ladies were working from early start, could tell store gets busy. Store easy to get in and out, convenient parking in front of the store for customers who don’t want to use drive through. Definitely recommend

3 /5 Steven Durward: Yall need to fill your cups up with coffee. My wife bought a medium coffee and got a small cup amount of coffee in her cup. Rip me off and lose a customer. Ill be trying Dunkin Donuts. You guys suck.

1 /5 isela vargas: I was at this Starbucks and saw a bar employee speak very rudely to a woman who was politely asking about her coffee because everyone else had received their orders except her. He ignored her and then replied aggressively when she asked again. I asked him not to speak to her that way, as she remained kind the entire time. I had to step in, I can’t tolerate mistreatment and stay silent. The woman respectfully asked for the manager, and he said he was the manager. I don’t understand how someone so aggressive can be in that position. Btw, my husband was disappointed because the Americano I bought for him was basically just a splash of coffee, one of the worst Americanos he ever had. He said!

3 /5 Baha: Very fast service. Restrooms are too modern. Not standart Starbucks restrooms. But they are not useful. Internet is sucks. There is no Google Starbucks service. It is regular slow wifi. They need to improve the speed ASAP
