4 /5 Craig Moodie: This is such a funky, kitschy little area. Its hard to get to on some seriously windy, narrow roads, but there are some spectacular views of the San Pablo Bay along the way. Once you descend into the harbor, you pass goat crossings and actual goats and then the road opens up into this weirdly adorable little marina with stunning views of the water, hills, and also of the dock, artsy homes, and random art installations.
The food at the restaurant is pretty good but a bit too pricey. The menu is also VERY limited. However, the staff are amazing, and the vibe and views really cant be beat. To top it all off they have live music almost every night so, overall, this place is more than worth it, even if just for the novelty!!
