5 /5 Simon Eats Too Much: Delicious food for a fair price, served up in a cute lil cafe run by very sweet, passionate folks. Pupfish Cafe is kinda embedded into a book store, so you can enter straight from there after parking on the side of the building or enter through the back door which has a parking lot right outside of it.
I ordered the avocado toast with scrambled eggs and I added salmon (for extra $), and it was very good. They legit gave me an entire avocado-worth of slices, which was more than enough. Three people in my group got the waffle sandwich and absolutely loved it. One complained about the syrup embedded into the waffle being too sweet. The other in my group ordered the tuna melt which was loaded with cheese and had a small salad on the side—they also enjoyed it.
There is a restroom inside of the book store, which customers of the restaurant are allowed to use.
Food definitely 5/5 and friendly service with self-serving water and additions for coffee at a station near the seating area = 5/5 for service. Atmosphere was a neatly decorated, modern cafe so also 5/5. Definitely stop here for great food and a nice vibe!
