5 /5 Tami Marie: Quality of food is pristine. Atmosphere is cozy. Staff always go above and beyond, to include their amazing chefs. I am VERY picky about my food, and come from generations of those living in Quincy. If youre visiting, this is one place you should not pass up. I have no affiliation with them, offside if being a happy customer. There are only 3 other places I recommend here, and you can see them in my reviews.
I would like to add to my previous statement, as of recent has changed. I ordered online giving me a pick-up time for 5pm. I arrived 5 minutes prior and had to wait until 5:50p for my food. 30 minutes after waiting (on a broken foot in cast, with a friend helping me), I asked for a couple of sodas free of charge. The young lady at the register said she had to ask if it was okay. She did not come back until my food was ready. When I asked about the sodas, I was told they were in the bag with my food. They only put ONE soda in my bag, added pickle and carrot sticks ( which I removed from my online order due to allergies), and gave me no ranch dipping sauce as requested on order. The friend who helped me get there had to leave, and called someone else to help me. I had to pay both of them $5.00 each. I understand they were busier than usual this day, but I spend near $100.00 a month there, and expected better service with a pre-order.
