4 /5 Valerie Callaway: The food is absolutely delicious. It was my first time trying anything with lamb. My burger was cooked as ordered and tasted great! It’s a really nice atmosphere and the lighting is good. It was just a little too noisy for me.

2 /5 Tupou Finucane: I have been to Jacks many times. There was never a charge for upgrading to Swedish pancakes. The Indian waiter said oh upgrade was from 4 years ago. What a liar. I said I was just 2 months ago. Both the San Mateo and San Bruno branched have never charged for upgrading from the regular pancakes to the Swedish pancakes. When you order the combo.

3 /5 Fernando Bravo: Italian Pasta : 6 out of 10 The pasta was okay but the sausage combined with the pasta was good. Overall it was a good dish. Lamp Chops : 4 out of 10 Presentation was terrible. Potatos were decent but the sauce was super sour. The lamb chops themselves were good but expected more for the price.

5 /5 Munsia Ahmed: Our first time dining in. Before we used to get taken outs. And we loved the friendly service. Shout out to our server Barry! We ordered the Happy hour nachos, Early Bird dinner: steak, blackened catfish and salmon and kids burger, and creme brulee. Everything was delicious although I would recommend the vegetable medley to have more flavors with herbs. For the price, its a great place to have dinner with the family.
