4 /5 Fei Yu: An intimate venue for dates nights. We were here for Valentines Day and their prix fixe 3-course special. Definitely better seafood plates than red meat here. Youre in it for the ambiance and not the portion sizes here, haha.
Appetizers were a bit underwhelming - tuna poke was fresh, big chunks, well marinated. Golden/purple beet tower was more leafy greens than actual beets. Dressing couldve been served on the side. A bit too vinegary.
Entrees took a while; it was understandable as it was a special day and pretty packed. Chilean sea bass was great - super fresh, nively coated, and seared. Lamb chops were not the move. Burnt crust on the outside, and it came out medium rare despite asking for medium well. The dessert was very cutely plated. Bread pudding was not memorable, but the heart-shaped cake was light and a good note to end on.
