5 /5 Magdalena Contreras: Daniels Food Truck is always top notch, but he also does catering! Daniel catered for about 110 people for our wedding earlier this month. He met with us a couple of times to decide on the menu. We decided on steak fajitas, roasted chicken, roasted veggies, Peruvian beans, Mexican rice, a salad and some dinner rolls. Daniel even helped us come up with the appetizers menu which included a fruit platter, cheeses and cold meats. We could not have asked for better quality food and the presentation was AMAZING! Daniel is so professional, detail-oriented, helpful, and an overall great human being. As a couple getting married on a budget, Daniel was also the BEST in terms of pricing without having to give up any of the quality. Our family and friends enjoyed the food as did we!
