3 /5 Daniel Gilliland: My wife and I came for the fried mozzarella weve seen advertised and it was a big let down, zero cheese pull. The flavor was "meh". Service was excellent and attentive. The chicken strip tenders were ok, the BBQ sauce was a little too sweet for my liking. The Nashville sauce was ok. The value was decent, nothing overpriced. The booths and table were clean and the atmosphere was bustling but not loud. Probably not coming back for a long time 3/5 stars or 6/10 if you prefer that rating, just barely above average.

5 /5 Katy Wells: I recently visited the Chilis restaurant in Chico and had a very positive experience. Parking was readily available, and we were seated promptly upon arrival. Our drinks were continuously refilled, ensuring our cups never ran empty. As part of our rewards program, we were able to enjoy unlimited refills on our meals. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff frequently checked on us to ensure our needs were met. The restaurant proved to be very accommodating and welcoming to families with children.

5 /5 Heather Lee: The staff is amazing ! I feel like we traveled back in time to a time when waiters and waitresses where paid well and treated good. The whole atmosphere is a vibe. I dont know how well paid they are but you should pay them more because no where else in chico is the food and vibe this good! Keep up the great work! I am shooketh!

4 /5 Bill: We ordered two orders of fajitas and a full rack of ribs. The order of ribs was cooked nicely and very juicy but way over salted. The fries were fine but the corn on the cob was just salt lick. The BBQ sauce was just a vehicle for delivering vinegar and more salt. It was the worst. Id normally give the food just 3 ⭐ but the people I was with loved their fajitas and the queso and chips were awesome as always. Our server was Jillian and she did an excellent job. She was very friendly and pretty quick with grabbing things.
