4 /5 Jay Wu: Go on a weekday and the fast comes quick. I really want to give 3 stars because the flavor really lacked but I was really impressed by how well cooked the shrimp and mussels were. I mean they are cooked to perfection, and that’s because the shell doesn’t stick to the mean, the meat is moist and firm and doesn’t mash and mush around in your mouth. They cook that shrimp better than boiling crab or kicking crab, but the flavor really lacked and really bland compared to the other places. And another thing that speaks to how well they cook their food is the corn, it still has volume and each pulp still pop and not stay flat. But the service and speed was good so they deserve it.
