5 /5 Abigail Bolen: Yes, it is worth the hype. It’s on the pricey side and everyone who comes here seems to dress up. I didn’t know this and rolled in wearing a beanie and a puffer vest which didn’t offend anyone or break any dress code rules (there aren’t any), I just felt underdressed. Expect to spend around $70.00 (on the low end) for two meals and two coffees including tip. To be clear, our meal was $63 and I tipped 12 to make it $75 even. If you’re ordering other drinks I’m sure you could expect upward of $90. I got the “Shes Crafty” and drank a vanilla cortado. My friend ordered the Christmas burrito and drank a white mocha. I loved the “Shes Crafty” and would consider it the perfect brunch choice if you can’t pick between something sweet and something savory. The bread gives the impression of like a Hawaiian sweet roll and the ham compliments that, with the cheese and the egg yolk coming in with the creamy savory dream you didn’t know you had. The Christmas burrito didn’t wow my friend how my meal did, but it very much belongs on the menu and deserves the clout. The cortado I drank was my favorite I’ve had in Fresno. This spot is definitely worth a visit, but I wouldn’t make it my weekly Sunday spot. It’s definitely best for special occasions or for when you want to show someone visiting Fresno that Fresno actually does have some very decent food options. Will come again!
