3 /5 Steve Warren: I guess I dont get out much to fast food, but I was put off by not being able to place my order with an employee, but instead being directed to screens/kiosks to place my order. I didnt really want to have to learn and explore their online order experience, and though the staff kindly offered to step me through it, it felt as if I had to have a less pleasing experience to make it more convenient for the restaurant/staff (fewer staff required?). There was nobody else in the restaurant, and two staff out front, so they had plenty of time/availability to take my order, but no means.
The one remaining open section of counter at the front was adjacent to some sort of (slushy?) drink dispenser and had a mess of spilled liquid on the counter, which was kind of distasteful. Maybe one of the available staff could have noticed it and kept it clean?
My food (burger) was fine.
