4 /5 Kelsey Aho: The food was genuinely delicious — fresh ingredients and great flavor. I especially enjoyed the chicken sandwich and the bloody mary’s were fantastic! Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the quality of the food. We had to wait quite a while for anyone to come bring us a menu, I had to track down one of the waiters and ask. When I asked if she was our waitress she said that they all share tables. It didn’t feel like anyone was really attentive, which took away from the overall experience. We had to wait a very long time to get our check as well. The waiter we asked kept forgetting and when he’d come over by our table to drop other peoples food off, you could tell that he forgot because he looked at us and said “oh right”. This happened more than once. I’d come back for the food, but I hope the service improves —

4 /5 orit shamai nirenberg: We arrived around noon and ordered several dishes: a beach salad that was beautifully presented,tacos, fish and fries and chips with salsa along with some drinks. The food was nice, the atmosphere was totally fine, and the prices were reasonable.

4 /5 Ashley Page McGovern: Fun historic place to watch a football game., etc. Beach parking is very close, we paid $10 in the evening, and I heard this is one of the oldest bars in LA County. Nice energy at this spot....

The bar boasts an impressive selection of top-tier liquors and beers, including the often-overlooked Kona Big Wave, a brew that perfectly encapsulates the laid-back California beach vibe that defines this establishment. While our culinary exploration was brief, the exceptional quality of the onion rings and fries suggests that the entire menu is crafted with care and expertise. The large Pacifico, served impeccably cold and undeniably fresh from the tap, was like liquid gold, a testament to the bars commitment to quality. Every moment spent here was a pleasure, and I eagerly anticipate returning as often as possible to further savor this exceptional experience.

5 /5 Joris De Saedeleer: Nice bar. Genuine, original and relaxing. Good music. Good coffee. I didn’t dine in but the food smells and looks good. Definitely worth a visit.
