3 /5 Alex Xander: I think this could be one of the better breakfast burritos throughout LA but between staff and execution of the burrito, there were too many misses.
I placed an ordered online maybe 10 minutes before arriving and it was ready a few minutes after I walked in.
However, when I walked in and stood at the cashier, the two girls working did not acknowledge me, ask if I needed help, greet me, anything. They both seemed to be scrambling to hand off prior orders which I dont have a problem at all waiting for my turn, but it was pretty much one handing off the bag of food to the other then handing it to the customer. They both didnt need to do one persons job.
Once they acknowledged me they had my order on the pick-up shelf.
Its a hefty burrito and filled will. But for $17 it hardly had any cheese, and the bare minimum aioli or sour cream was at the last few bites of the burrito, not evenly dispersed.
The bacon was super crunchy, the potatoes were very crispy, the eggs were a bit dry, and overall the flavor was solid. But the side salsa sucked.
A few missed that would make me return to give them another chance and hope for better results.
