Her assistant Josh said “I can’t make Cristin give you your money back!” and no one from her office responded to my communication for months. Husband and Wife team, Gerald is inept as he failed to file my income and expense form not once, not twice but three times! Delaying my hearings, but they did charge me for the 3 hours they took to prepare everything. Mind you we were there for so long because he kept having to correct simple mistakes in the forms and I would point them out. Susan arrived unprepared for court every single time! Arrived 30 minutes late for one of the hearings and would ignore my calls and emails. Very unprofessional and upon my termination of their services I had to chase Gerald down to refund me the remainder of my retainer. If you want to loose your case and be a sitting duck in court then I would go with them. Otherwise do yourself a favor and hire someone else!
