Esserem Once more, cant give a 0 star rating. Years of mismanaged cases, improper investigations (or outright none) and zero interest in actually helping their community. You should all be ashamed to be in public office.

Kyle Wood I was robbed and left for dead in Jeremiah State park. I hiked out in the middle of the night and sought out Crescent City police for help. They were amazing, they tracked down the individuals, and get them to return over $4k worth of equipment as well as my keys and wallet. Once again, officers did an amazing job and were very on top of it. Come to find out after calling the Del Norte DA to find out what ever happened to it, they said theyd leave a note and have someone call back. 22 minutes later, Katherine, the DA of Del Norte calls me and says she just reviewed it and she will not pursue charges. I asked how in 22 minutes she reviewed the entire thing. She replied she can actually do it much faster. She then told me since multiple parties where drunk that night (Im 6 years sober, and nobody was given tests or breathalyzer) and that it was so messy, no jury would pursue it. So they are choosing not to pursue it as well. These people had my wallet. The police physically witnessed them refuse to give the wallet and other items back. When handed over to me, I showed officers my ID inside wallet. Apparently, according to Katherine Micks, that doesnt equate to evidence of theft. So, you can be robbed of thousands of dollars in equipment, your wallet, keys, food etc. Hike out 12 miles through redwoods, and have the police find and forcibly make them return your things (They had possession of my wallet which has my ID, proving it was my possession) but the DA, Kathrine, will refuse to pursue it because she concluded in less than 22 minutes, the people involved must have been drunk, and shes to lazy to do her job when it comes to a jury trial. Del Norte, where if you want someone held accountable for stealing your things, you have to carry a gun.

A Dragon Speaking Naturally This guy! I hired him to represent me a year ago. It all sounded good up till SSDI contacted me and stated that more information was necessary to process my claim. As of that point Andrew has moved his office without contacting his clients and informing them of said move. Has been 2 weeks of tracking him down to finally find his new office. It is vacant with his card on the door and locked. Tried calling his phone number and it says his answering machine is totally full so no messages will get through either. I do not recommend you waste any time with this guy. Total flake. :-(

Cleaver Davon “Buckcity” Karen is the absolute worst attorney you could come across as a public defender she doesnt respond to calls or emils, she told me to persuade a witness about a driving infraction that I didnt do, on a different case, she violated my rights told the judge at the time to just leave him in jail to collect days and never came to speak to me when i requested. She was best friends with an accuser. after court she laughed about leaving me in jail spoke about time i could get right in front of my family who she did not know at the time was family. In jail After time passes I try to telling the judge it was conflict of interest because she was friends with them. she spoke over me to the judge when I was trying to speak up for myself and the situation not being legal or fair Karen she jumped up to request an opt-out to save her herself and it worked people. SN one of the peoples that is her friend actually gave her 5 starts because they got to hold me in jail.

Teen Jenson She was very rude and unprepared when defending my family member. We actually received a failure to appear cause we were not informed of a court date. Her exact words to us were "its not my responsibility to notify u of ur appearance dates." If u want to spend time in jail go ahead and let her defend u. She will studder through ur appearance in court. Her assistant will tell u its not her job to hold ur hand to make sure u understand what is happening. They sat back and let my family member hang himself cause he didnt receive any input from Karen Olsen. DUMPTRUCK

Rhonda Bergren My personal opinion is not to have Mr. Morris represent you in any court of law. Youll get more than youll bargained for. Lol

Sasha Miller Mr. Morris is one of the better public defenders we have here. I have not had to use him personally but know a few people that have. Very professional guy.

James Pittman Was a good attorney.Think hes a judge now . Closed his attorney office
