1 /5 J: I never received any billing or any communication from Cristin regarding my case. I asked her to sub out and she shut down all communication and kept the $8000 retainer. Her assistant Josh said “I can’t make Cristin give you your money back!” and no one from her office responded to my communication for months. I’m going to have to pay another lawyer to hold Cristin accountable or go through the Bar, where Cristin already has several administrative actions on record against her I’d recommend going elsewhere.
