5 /5 Amber Libron: Place is clean. Top of the line to make sure you are cleared to come in. No fever still checking for that, which is not a issue and no inconvenience as its done when you walk through the door. The bathrooms are clean with cool toilet cover automatically going on. Restaurants are a good variety. Not to mention the machines and games. Lots of fun things to do.

5 /5 Seferino Silva: Ive not had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, but maybe in the near future. The casino is awesome... has a beverage station, lots of great slots and plenty of food options. Its not close enough for me to visit often, but I manage to get about 4 trips a year. I wish it was closer to Merced, as I prefer this casino over other nearby casinos.

1 /5 Shawna Monroe: Went to Tachi to spend the night and enjoy a day by the pool. You are looking forward to renting the cabana, relaxing in the sun all day having a chill time and gambling at night.. Big mistake!!!! There is no service at the pool no food service no drink service no nothing.. You have to walk all the way into the bar that is at the casino entrance to get a drink and you can only get one so you can’t even bring one for the person that’s with you. I feel like what a gold mine they have and are losing because there was literally no one at the pool when there could be a big money making gold mine. The pool is really nice. It’s a really But they’re not doing anything to attract customers. Play some music make sure there are several servers outside. Make sure the service is top-notch. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a so-called resort casino. Out of everyone when we encountered, they were two friendly staff members. Everyone else was rude.. My friend was told she could not enter the casino to get a drink because she had on her bathing suit cover-up and this was a family atmosphere… Since when is the casino child friendly?? She had all a bathing suit and a cover-up for crying out loud. It literally felt like a jail. I will not be going back. And I’m very sorry that I paid $300 for a place at a resort where I was made to fuel like I was in trouble and not able to relax.

4 /5 Jon Anstett: My first visit back in 2023 was good. Slots were generous to me until 3 am. I had requested a player card, the host entered my information into the system but then told me the system was not functioning and they could not provide me a card and to get one on my next visit when the system was up. I was disappointed because I liked the feel of the Casino and planned on being a patron and wanted to track my play, but no card and thus no promtions received. I had gone back with my wife for my second visit and she signed up for a card and received her card and promotions for her first visit, but when I went to sign up and get my card I was told I already had an account and was not eligible for any promotions. I informed them of the situation with their system on my first visit and that I didnt receive a card or the promotions, nor was the $6000 tracked that I had put in to the slots over the 20 hours that I had played. I was surprised to find out that they actually created an account as I was under the impression that the system was down. The host denied granting the promotions to me and she said there was only a few hundred played on that visit, which makes no sense since I had no card that visit and I had put in @$6000 during the visit. It appears others have had similar experiences and I now suspect that there may be some hosts that are taking the new players first visit promotions and giving them to friends. However, I still enjoyed my visits short of the promotion issues. I lived at Lake Tahoe for a time when Casinos actually gave great promtions and play rewards like free room, dinner cruise on the lake, table play bucks and food bucks. They still made plenty of money from the players so it was at least a consolation award for patronage.
