5 /5 Marie Goddi: Absolutely Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful experience at Blue Lake Casino Hotel! The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, and the staff resolved them immediately and with a smile. It’s rare to find service this prompt and attentive—they made us feel valued and completely taken care of. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or guest services, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend this hotel for both the amenities and the outstanding hospitality!

4 /5 J.B. Lee: Beautiful hotel, very clean and a really nice place to spend some time. The casino was on the smallish size, but still fun. The only thing that I think can be better is that the place was sort of hard to find. A bit more signage would help. But otherwise I plan on returning soon, in general its a gem.

4 /5 Tye “Tyester”: The hotel room was spacious, quiet, clean, and perfect for remote work. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. The king size bed was comfy, but i missed my pillow. The gym was clean with sufficient cardio equipment and weights. The staff were friendly and polite. We reserved a room with a view, but sadly the view overlooked an abandon barn with lift trucks, and mountains in the rear. Not a deal buster but noted. The location was great. It allowed us to enjoy daily excursions and wonderful local restaurants. If you’re looking for comfort and relaxation, this is the spot.

5 /5 Julie Williams: This was a welcome stop on our road trip after some not-so-great stays at other places. It was affordable, comfortable, & clean, just as advertised. The hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of the night too. The local brewery, Mad River, was also fantastic! I highly recommend!
