5 /5 Paul Kenney: We didnt stay here, so I dont have any experience with the rooms. However, the casino has lots of fun options, from bingo, table games and machines. The dining options are varied and the food is delicious. We also had a chance to enjoy the pool, lazy river and cabanas, which were a lot of fun. Its about 30 minute drive from the city, but worth the trip.

5 /5 Dave Hendrie: I have to be honest here...the winning is not as high as I was hoping...HOWEVER, the customer experience is off the chart! Everyone is so darn happy and willing to help. I mean, there are MORE happy people working here than Disneyland! Amazing experience. Ill be back often.

4 /5 Kitten “Kitty”: Its great for a quick stay-cation. The rooms are clean. But bring an extra blanket. Youll know what I mean. No coffee maker in the room, but there is a Starbucks downstairs. The pool is clean and adults only. The service took over 45 min and we had to wave someone down to order drinks and appetizers, but after that it was great. The restaurants are good and the food is 7/10 we ordered to-go and ate in the room. Overall clean and fun. 8/10 I will be coming back.

5 /5 Daniel Bolen: Sycuan is, without a doubt, an amazing casino. What I love most is the warm and welcoming atmosphere that greets you from the moment you arrive. While the gaming floor is exciting and full of action, it still feels comfortable and relaxed. ​More importantly, the staff is second to none. They are so genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home, which is something you dont find everywhere. Everyone seems happy to be there, and that positive attitude is contagious. It makes the whole experience more enjoyable. If you want a fun day or night out where youll be treated wonderfully, Sycuan is the best bet!

Even though valet was full, the attendant went out of his way to guide me to the best parking spot closest to the entrance. I was in awe of how clean and well-kept the entire hotel was. At the pool check-in, I was greeted by an associate who helped me get settled. The highlight of my poolside experience was the hostess, Hailee. She was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure all my questions were answered and that I had plenty of cold water throughout the day. This is exactly the kind of service that makes you feel valued and comfortable. After a relaxing day at the pool, I headed to the casino to sign up for a players card. Deshauna at the players club absolutely blew me away with her enthusiasm and warmth. When I told her it was my first time visiting, she celebrated with me and even gifted me a complimentary sunshade, which completely made my day. Her genuine excitement and care left such a lasting impression that I couldn’t help but rave about my experience to others. Sycuan has mastered the art of hospitality and legendary service. From parking to poolside to the players club, every detail was handled with care. I am already planning my next visit to include an overnight stay.
