Central Coast Casino - Grover Beach Jonathan Lee: My first time here, passing thru from the bay area to SoCal.
Small 4 table card room. Dealers are very friendly, I was greeted warmly as I walked in the door. I was in a 1-3 NLH game right away. Good mix of regulars and tourists and all the dealers really kept the games moving.
The action was reminiscent of local cardroom. The have progressive bad beat jackpots (currently any quads beaten). I like that the chips were oversized, they had good heft for shuffling and made it easier to tell what players had in their stacks.
The thing I liked the most was they have a deal with the BBQ place next door so you can get a real meal. And tonight I was offered a complimentary meal if tri-tip, potatoes and vegetables which was amazing and was an unexpected surprise and greatly appreciated.

Outlaws Card Parlor - Atascadero r silva: It sucks the bar and kitchen were shut down. Rodney and richard were great bartenders. They were very helpful helping me find drinks i like and making little tweaks to make it perfect. All the bartenders and servers were nice and made a nice environment. If i hear the spots any of them end up working at ill be there.
Oceanview Casino - Santa Cruz Jim Dermates: Very friendly dealers cool people no charge per hand to play like other casinos and the place is cool
Epic Entertainment Inc - Grover Beach Jillian Weidner: Anthony was the best DJ I have ever heard at a wedding - and I got lucky enough that it was for my own wedding! From the get to go epic entertainment streamlined the process for picking all of the music for our wedding. Their website allows you to walk step by step throughout the day and has incredible suggestions for songs if you are stumped. A few days before our wedding we set a meeting with Anthony and he was very friendly, personable and organized walking us through the day and what to expect, plus took all of our personal requests. The day of was everything I could have hoped for and more. Anthony is so professional and set the speakers up in perfect areas for all the guests to hear the ceremony, cocktail hour/dinner music and for the dance floor. He kept the dancefloor vibes high all night long and there was never a dull moment. I cannot recommend a company/DJ more than epic/Anthony. We hope to be a guest at a wedding of theirs soon so we can relive the best day of our lives!
The Great Highway - San Carlos James Smith: Roz runs a really awesome facility and theres enough eye candy, between cars, neon and chrome to keep you busy for the entire time. Youre there. A great place for any kind of social gathering.. and a casino just in case you needed more to do!
Redwood Hotel and Casino - Klamath Carrie Ramalho: Horrible experience. Gave us a 2 queen room, reserved a king. The room was filthy. The manager didnt really care and told us to write a review as the housekeeping staff didnt listen to him. Water pressure was a joke. Restaurant left much to be desired. Casino is Quant. Never again will I stop here.
Lucky Bear Casino - Hoopa TeYve H: Definitely needs to make the most of the space available for more machines or card tables or something. This casino has a lot of potential but obviously a lack of vision from those running the place. Casinos are supposed to be live and exciting and fun. This place was definitely not any of that.
The Heights Casino - Trinidad Steve Davis: First, the cat chilling at the front is awesome. Second it is a very nice place with some great views from out of the restaurant. I will try to add some pictures later. Bingo hall is huge and the people are very friendly. The only reason for not being a five star is that it is a smoking casino.
