1 /5 Galina Sagaydak: The venue is visually impressive, but our experience was unfortunately disappointing. While waiting, we sat on some available couches. Shortly after, Hotel staff approached us and asked us to leave — with explanation this place for VIP and with no signs indicating that the area was reserved or off-limits. If the space is meant for VIP guests, that should be clearly marked. Everything appeared open to all visitors, and we weren’t violating any visible rules. The interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
As for the slot machines — they look flashy and inviting, but the gameplay felt extremely tight. After trying several machines, we noticed that even minimal wins were rare, and there was no sense of fair play or excitement. It felt more like a one-way transaction than a game of chance. None a valuable bonuses. If youre hoping for a bit of fun or thrill, this may not be the place.
Beautiful setting, but the overall experience lacked warmth, transparency, and hospitality.
