Nallely Cisneros This lawyer is horrible! So do not waste your money! He filled out an Asylum application for my husband that was incorrect with false information. My husband had to physically correct the errors on his Asylum application. The lawyer was given information/paperwork that could have helped my husbands case , but he never submitted the paperwork for it to be part of the case. He never kept in touch with my husband or I about my husbands case. He would show up to court unprepared and was very unprofessional. He never once said anything in court to help my husband in his case, my husband did all the work and pretty much fought his own case the entire time (he was detained for 13 months). I paid $6500 for this lawyer to just show up to court and not say anything in my husbands favor. He even laughed at my husband during court, when the immigration judge was making fun of my husbands case. I never was able to obtain any copies of my husbands case records after requesting them numerous times. He was very unprofessional the rare times he would reply to my emails as well. My husband lost his case and I basically threw away money, because this lawyer was garbage. He claimed he could do so much for my husband and get him bailed out (we got a $50,000 bail and never bailed out). It was very unethical of this lawyer to take my money knowing he wasnt able to help my husband nor did he want to help my husband. He just wants $$. His two staff members are idiots as well. Dont bother with this lawyer, he has no experience, manners, is very unethical, does not speak or write fluent English. Este abogado les va a robar su dinero, so no lo contraten. No les va ayudar! This lawyer is good at BS talk so dont fall for it. Seek help else where and do research before you hire a lawyer. NC

Heather Daly Poor service. These places exists who knows why. Maybe cause they have to (state) have it but it’s a joke. I called, an attorney called back, submitted paperwork and two or so months no one calls back, no return phone calls or emails. I even volunteered to pay for services if needed but nothing. Good luck trying to have someone call you back and get information. They should be ashamed of themselves for putting the elderly through this.

Hector Rosas Worst Attorney EVER. He will never contact you to give you any updates on your case. Good luck if you hire him. You will have to call 30 times before someone comes back to you with any information. All he cares about is money. Thanks to this Attorney my uncle lost his case because he never told him he had to go to court and neither him or my uncle showed up. Anyone else had the same issue contact me. I guess this is not the first case someone loses for not giving correct information.

Luz Velarde Rios Mr.Garcia did a great job defending me in court and assisting me in receiving my Restraining Order. The only issue with his services was the time he took to file my court documents. Our last court date was in early December, when I was granted my restraining order, and he did not file it with the court until the first week of February. I know Holidays made things delayed, but he couldve filed the documents the same day of our last hearing. His justification was that the court gave him issues filing, which I honestly dont believe. Mr.Garcia also took several days to respond to my emails and calls which made me feel lost and upset. For the amount of money, I paid I believe he couldve done his job sooner.
