Andrew Guy This guy said he was going to get an investigator on my case. He never did. I ended up taking a plea bargain because he convinced me to do so. He thought he would loose a trial if Lisa Serafini would get put back on as prosecutor. I shouldve never done that. After I was convicted I tried many many times to have him have my probation dropped. My probation officer told me to have him do it. He didnt respond to any of my calls voicemails or emails. Every time I got ahold of Terry in his office she always promised to get back to me within an hour. Never ever happened. I found out from my probation officer that I had a hearing about getting off of it early. He called me and asked me why I wasnt at the hearing. I told him I didnt know about it whatsoever. I got a call from Terry the next day and she said they denied my early termination of probation. I asked her why I was never notified of the hearing. She said she would talk to Mr Woelfel and get back to me. She never got back to me. 9/30/24 I’m thinking about getting this man disbarred. His actions in court were embarrassing. Almost everyone in the court was laughing at his actions and I was so scared. He tried to get the district attorney to talk to both of us. The district attorney laughed and said,”are you really trying to negotiate with your client right here?” I hope this man never represents anyone again.
