Hekimian Jack (ZOMBbq) An amazing community. Everyone here is welcoming and warm. My wife and I drive almost an hour and a half to hear Pastor Shants message every week. The worship is amazing and the congregation is a great example of what a church should be like. We are truly blessed to be able to attend ACFOC.

Pastor Shant is an amazing pastor who gives practical, insightful sermons; the people are friendly and welcoming; there is a strong Sunday School, Youth Group and College & Career ministries for Armenian youth to be raised up in the church; and personally for me, Couples’ Group has been a special blessing on my marriage and has taught me what it looks like to be a married couple that has Jesus at the center of it. Nayiry Charshafjian This church has been my home church for over ten years and it truly feels like home! Everyone at this church is so welcoming and friendly and I feel like I am attending church with a huge, warm, Christ loving family every Sunday! My kids are currently at preschool age and they also love attending the Sunday school at this church. The small lesson time captivates their attention and they also love playing with their friends and with all the toys. Although this church is on the smaller side, it is packed with events which allow us to get even closer with the Lord. We enjoy attending the couples groups and the small home group Bible studies and the events put on by the men’s and women’s committees. We have friends who also love to attend the college and career group and the youth group. There are so many programs to choose from! The pastors are also super educated in the word of God and have great sermons. I have learned so much since attending this church and have truly gained a family. We recommended this church to anyone who is looking to grow in their walk with Christ alongside an awesome group of people!

Koko Smith I’m from the Church in LA, and then I move to OC in 2019, and I went to the church in Irvine, then the pandemic happened and I lost touch, and felt like I was in a Dry desert place, hungry and thirsty. But I started meeting this summer and now I’m happier, more secure and confident. I believe as Christians we really need to meet and be in the church life. Paul Fely For 2025, the worship service begins at 10:30 in the chapel. One hour Sacrament service the celebrates our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is followed by a one hour Sunday School lesson (or potentially Priesthood/Relief Society). Visitors are always welcome.

Gilbert Bradshaw Wow, I once was lost but now I’m found, was blind, but now I see. This church helped me heal my soul. You wanna talk about sins? I got ‘em. A heavy heart? I’m your guy. But this church helped me come closer to god and be a better follower of Christ. I mean I’ve still got a long way to go, but the good people at this church have helped me tremendously. The basketball is awesome too.

Andy Proctor They just had a baptism of a man who waited more than 20 years to join but who went to church for that whole time with his wife. He has always been a great member of the congregation who was loved and accepted and who made a great contribution (especially to the scouting program). He was just baptized on Jan 1. Hundreds were at the baptism to support him. It was amazing. Ive never seen anything like it in this church or anywhere else. This is truly a special place. My wife have only lived here since February but we have made lifelong friends. I posted some pictures of some of our activities here.

Tony Driggers Although I do NOT agree w/ all the tenants of the church of Christ (many in the denomination believe they’re the only ones going to heaven; drinking and dancing is a sin; etc. examples of things I do NOT believe), I have 2 admit they - for the most part - preach straight from the Holy Bible. It’s interesting to see so many conservative CofC’s in a state like California. Most of us native Californians know that, traditionally, Orange county, by and large and I’m referring to, perhaps 50-50 and specifically places like Huntington and Manhattan Beach Had long been a conservative (beliefs) county. Personally, I’m a Libertarian in the sense that I dont BLINDLY (“ like lambs to the slaughter”) vote straight Republican or Democrat as I see both parties as extremist...ALL Americans should vote w/ their “BELEFS” & not [ignorantly] “straight ticket!” The media spreads SO MANY LUES, though, it’s difficult to know the truth hence the reason you should do research on the Internet and not get your news from television! If you do, you’re grossly uninformed/literally brainwashed. At any rate, I guess you would say I’m in the middle and it all depends on the issue as to how I believe which is the way - and TRULY not to preach my personal feelings - I truly believe this is the way that most Americans should vote (how can you ANYBODY disagree when I say: do ur iNet research & vote w/ UR BELIEFS (I find the CHURCH/the HOLY BIBLE HELPS TREMENDOUSLY in guiding U no matter what church or spiritual beliefs you have!). U R ENTITLED TO - PLEASE do NOT ‘blindly vote for a party but vote on the issues and, sadly, as far as the candidates go, I generally just pick the one w/ the most similar beliefs (or is the old adage goes, the lesser of two evils. I doubt anyone would disagree with the fact that you should vote how you believe and not just a straight ticket. Furthermore, with the advent of the Internet over the past several decades, it’s so obvious and should be to all Americans how are media absolutely directs ourBelieves and almost brainwashing procedure that they used to influence your own beliefs. When they say fake news, it’s true my friends! Anyway, like politicians (“lesser of”), I found this to be a really great church and extremely friendly and inviting members there of. Please note that my comments were not really meant to be political as church and politics don’t mix but I was just making the point that there are many churches of Christ and orange county area.
