Pam Haessly I am in-between health insurance and have not met my newly assigned medical doctor. I felt some symptoms that did not seem normal; I haven’t firmed up my Primary doctor and what my new insurance (Covered CA) will pay, so I was skeptical and worried about what to do. I barely have any family and nobody nearby. Going to Carbon Health has been a HUGE relief to me on 2 different occasions (one year apart). I just feel SO relieved that my concerns were listened to and validated. Bottom line is.. I am in overall good health and just need to continue to keep up with maintaining it. My main concern for going there in the first place was immediately and satisfactorily addressed.

Suzanne Schreck Dr. Melodie was so attentive and skilled. I had cut my hand on a mandolin and I appreciated the great, care I received. The appointment was easy to make and they were quick to take me in on the day after Christmas. I highly recommend this urgent care!

Durra Altai Waste of time. After waiting for 45 minutes the doctor said she can’t help as my condition requires MD. WHAT!!!! Isn’t she Doctor? When I tried to explain my condition she did not even to listen and I can see her moving towards the door and did not have the decency to even suggest what was wrong with me. Also there was an Africa American receptionist who was rude to the other Hispanic receptionist be pitting her and telling her rudely what she was doing wrong. No respect to those waiting in the waiting room. If there was a rating less than a star I would have given it.

Brittany OSullivan Kaiser is always here for my family. Having such a dependable health insurance is so comforting. And then you start meeting the staff members in different departments. All which are phenomenal. They are educated, they make myself and my children comfortable when we have appointments. And if unforeseen occurrences come up. They always respond very quickly to any questions or concerns I may have. I truly appreciate the team who continually works together at Kaiser Permanente

Ashley C I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Tiglao. He was very professional and very informational. I had a miscarriage and I was ready to give up but he was there supporting me and telling me I can do it. He was very caring. My husband and I were beyond pleased with his service. I got pregnant again and I had my baby boy. I would TOTALLY recommend him. I also saw some other drs when he went on vacation and they were nice but he by far was the best.

Anusuya Mokashi MD I have had negative experiences with the support staff/ nurses on the phone. For the few times Ive had urgent symptoms, the screening nurse has been generally rude and unempathetic. I then get transferred back and forth between scheduling and nurses with long hold times. After a long hold time, scheduling transferred me to the nurse, who then was rude and transferred me back to scheduling who told me we dont schedule same day without a nurse conversation (the same first reason she transferred me to a nurse). Then I convinced her that she already transferred me and finally she transferred me to yet another place for an appointment. The right hand doesnt seem to know what the left hand is doing. Ive had great experiences with the actual doctors however. One of the desk clerks in the Novato office is also very rude.

Techiita Busta I was waiting almost 3 hours for them to take care of me I only had a complaint but I had a lot of colds and fever and they didnt take care of me at all for hours I had to go from there to another hospital because they dont receive the help I had, I have a kaiser with them and still they didnt get me they attended well! I am disappointed in this hospital, I will never return and I recommend that you do not come

Andrew Smith Dont take your children here. My 1yr. Old has a broken foot. They sent us away after a 2 minute evaluation without an x-ray after telling me how much work it was to take one... Now hes in a ton of pain and needs help he didnt get. We were the only ones in the ER too, which speaks to their quality of care. Nurses never told me what to do and we sat in an empty room for 20 minutes until I left. They caught me on the way out and the only medical advice I got was printed prapers with instructions on a sprained ankle.... Extremely disappointed and frustrated in all aspects of the experience. Parking was top notch though.

Mary Hobbs Novato Community Hospital does not care about patients, sent me home in excruciating pain with no way to get relief from pain. Will never go there again. This why people turn to illict drugs. Thanks for the push. No one is going to help me. First vist dr. andrade seemed very nice, listened to me, but did not examine me in anyway. Second visit Dr. Jodi Very nice gave what i needed to make it thru the day. The third visit with dr. andrade no more mister nice guy. Again no exam, barley listen to me before yelling at me (in front of my daughter) i will not prescibe you any narcotices ( i had not asked for anything yet). Gave. Me an rx for something that people with high blood pressure should not take?? Obviously he did not look at my chart. I am a chronic pain suffer and have high blood pressure. When trying to leave Dr Butt and other employees (4) were working ( use the term losely), on my discharge papers and laughing. he made sure to include informatiom for rehab, my last rx for vicodin was for 90 three months ago what butt. I will die before every going to Novato community hospital. This happened over the cousre of 4 days. Check before you take an rx from these doctors.

Brother Greg These people are definitely into money too much. All they were trying to make me do was take tests and give blood and a bunch other things that I had already done. I was in major pain from a gallbladder attack with me. Any pain pills. I already had a prescription for pain pills, but I had left them at home. It was traveling. No attempt to call my doctor. No attempt to look up my record, nothing. Just pushing sales and trying to make more money off of me. Then when they said there was nothing they could do they charge me $120 just to talk to them. No wonder they have so many bad reviews. This hospital is disgusting with their sales practice and pushing to make more money.
