Jose Perez Purchased a ring Saturday. The ring cracked out of nowhere Monday (2) days later. Took it today (Friday) to get repaired. The Asian guy wanted to charge me $40.00 to put it back together. Dont go here!! Horrible service!!

Me and my husband went in to get rings and they sized one down for us, only for it to be a shoddy job with a hole left in the ring along with an extremely thin point where whoever they have sizing rings attempted to do his job. Eli was a patient teacher who took the time to really help me understand what I wanted and then bring the vision to life. he helped with some funky last-minute customizations without any issue. The price was incredibly fair. The quality of the craftsmanship was fantastic. Most importantly, he treated my fiancé with such care and respect--he made her feel heard, valued, and totally at ease. He even fixed one of her old necklaces for free, which was so unnecessary and so sweet of him. We went back to Eli for our wedding rings as much so we could see him again as because of his excellent selection. He skillfully crafted a custom diamond engagement ring and diamond baguette wedding band from a design we brought to him over 17 years ago and it came out so beautiful. Then, about five years ago, I accidentally lost the diamond wedding band and was never able to find it. Being one of a kind, I resigned to the fact that I’d never have it again and replaced it with a plain band which just never looked right. So this year I traveled back to Los Angeles from the east coast, after having moved away, and stopped in to see the team and commission the replacement of that band and within a couple weeks I had my gorgeous new ring which was nearly identical to the original and yet somehow even more beautiful than before.
