1 /5 Jose Perez: Purchased a ring Saturday. The ring cracked out of nowhere Monday (2) days later. Took it today (Friday) to get repaired. The Asian guy wanted to charge me $40.00 to put it back together. Dont go here!! Horrible service!!

1 /5 Jaime Aguila: They give good prices but bad quality. Yes it’s true what you pay for is what you get but they never mention to me it was a hollow and the chain started get small holes in it and then broke apart. I take care of my stuff so to find out it was just chipping away because I was wearing it is sad. Would not come again

4 /5 Jacqueline Oliver: Employees do not recognize potential customers. I came in on a fairly slow Thursday afternoon, I was at the counter with maybe one or two other customers. On this day there were maybe 5 or 6 employees that were standing around talking with each other....It took move that 15 minutes to be acknowledged, and once I was the customer service was terrible. I was standing there feeling as if my money was no good. Needless to say I left without making a purchase, and chose to take my business elsewhere.

1 /5 Javontae Sorrells: Wouldn’t recommend! I called ahead to confirm with them that if I drove all the way there for the two chains listed on their website, I’d be able to simply pick them up and go. I was told yes. I even asked again to be sure, explaining that I was coming from Belmont and didn’t like the area, and they still confirmed—stating the price and size. However, when I arrived, I was told different prices and sizes. My time and gas were completely wasted due to their poor business practices. Prices are taxed compared to jewelry district. Never coming back!
