5 /5 Luis Ramentas: One of the few places in Fresno to find watch bands. Used to be able to get them in so many places. A good selection of bands and they put them on at no charge. As a bonus they polished out the small scratches on the crystal of my watch and it looks like new.

2 /5 David Vazquez: Back in August 2021, I took my watch for a new battery. It’s only been about 2 months and my watch stopped working. For $26.99 I expected a battery that would last at minimum 6-12months. Do not get your battery replaced here. Very disappointed.

1 /5 Dahlin Taylor: Do not buy from here. All they do is rip you off, I went and bought a ring for my fiancé for $200 and I was told that I had 30 days to return it with no scratches. I’ve only had the ring for two days, I went in there today to return it and he told me that there was no proof of him saying that and I was not gonna get my money back. By far worst place to shop for Jewelry of any kind. All they do is scam you.

1 /5 T Bloss: DO NOT i REPEAT DO NOT come here. This place is a rip off brought a gold "rope necklace here and it BROKE 3 TIMES after they "supposedly" repaired it. After the LAST TIME they repaied it came home didnt even try it on and it broke right in the same place they were suppose to repair it. This place is a effing joke and dont waste your money like i wasted mine over $200 down the drain fake ass jewelry

Serena Y: You definitely want to give yourself enough time to look through the museum and the store because its filled with so many amazing rocks and fossils. The dark room in the museum section is so cool. My parents have purchased quite a few pieces of jewelry from Gaumers, and its all beautiful. Seeing the store in person was really a treat. The jewelry is beautiful and reasonably priced. The women who worked there were friendly and attentive as well. I will be making it a point to stop in every time Im in Northern CA. Updated October 2023*- Gaumers is still just as lovely and has added a new room within the museum area, which is a must-see.

Cindy Saunders: This jeweler is not GIA certified nor does he do repair work in the shop. He did not return an 18 kt gold bracelet shell for me. He is either saccharinly sweet or monstrously mean. I spent over $5000 at this store. In order to retrieve my jewelry, I had to call the non-emergency line of the Eureka Police Department who told me that this is not the first time they have been called about JDJ. Buyer beware!

When I dropped it off she pointed out that some of the prongs holding the diamond were lose I am sure I would have lost the marquee diamond soon if she had not repaired them. Just recently my daughter dropped off her great-grandma’s black gold ring to be resized, along with a “J” necklace her dad gave her when she was four. The necklace was very inexpensive but she has had it for almost thirty years. Once again Five Stars on quality workmanship, timely service and at a very reasonable price. If you are considering taking your precious jewelry to be repaired etc. Look no further.Carol Harris
