Berenice took the time to listen to what I was looking for, shared her knowledge, and never once made me feel rushed. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and found the perfect piece. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and attentive, Berenice is a real gem! I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for her if you can.

5 /5 Alex G: I came in looking for a ring and Sarah was extremely helpful and got me an amazing deal, I explained to her my budget and a rough idea of what I was looking for design wise. After selecting a few different options and being obsessive between 2 choice. Sarah proceeded to explain the differences in lab and natural diamonds the sentiment and bling of the stones, helped me see them in different lighting modeled on finger to get an idea of what it would look like. She was never pushy on either and ultimately made purchasing at this store very delightful. I will be returning to this Zales for any jewelry needs due to its welcoming environment.
