    Oscar Flores: Have had my wife’s wedding ring for over 4 years and never had a problem. Purchased at this location. Took it in for a cleaning and lost 2 diamonds off the ring in less than 24hrs. Called to see what can be done and the only answer I get is “the ring is no longer under warranty” this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and purchased thousands in jewelry. Will never return to do business again and i highly recommend if you are seeking any kind of service that has to do with jewelry you do not visit this locating.

    Andrew Garner: I was greeted by a nice young lady and I told her my watch band needed resizing. She passed it on to the technical dept and he had it done in two minutes tops. Fit was good and very pleased with everything. I had tried to adjust it myself and I bent the cheap tool that came with the watch. I recommend this shop.
