5 /5 Marisa McGinnis: Today my battery died on my Tag Heuer watch. I walked in and Peter told me to have a seat while he changed the battery. Ive been going to him for years and am always satisfied with the fast, professional service. He is very knowledgeable about watches. I love the watch, which I bought used many years ago, because it is waterproof (I think its a diving watch), it looks great and it only does one thing: tell time without me having to push any buttons.

My watch was ready in 15 minutes, he had adjusted the date for me (which I was having trouble doing), and he gave me good insights as to future options I have with the watch (e.g., there’s an upgraded movement that can fit the watch, the current value of the watch, etc.). 3 /5 Brian McNally: Friendly. I just walked in today to have my watch batteries replaced. Guy said $25, and I left to get cash. When I came back he had already replaced all 3 of my watch batteries. I go to give him my money and he said he meant $25 each, $75 total! Very steep to what I was used to paying in china town in SF (under $10). Felt pretty taken advantage of since Im pretty sure he charged his friend before my only $6 for his watch replacement... At least it was fast but I will be looking elsewhere next time.

5 /5 Wailea Elua 2105 VRBO.com/465534: [Note: cash only!] Peter Lee was great - pleasant, competent, and professional. Went to get the battery replaced and get a new watchband for my wifes treasured old watch. Peter was able to take care of this as soon as I came in. As it turned out, the old battery had started to leak, but he was able to clean it up (no extra charge). He replaced the watchband, putting the original clasp on the watchband (so the watch wouldnt lose the value). He even punched some extra holes in the watchband (my wifes wrist is very small) - no extra charge for that either. All done in about 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

Z B: I went on this location today looking for a specific item that tj maxx always replenish, I came in with my family, my family was at the kids section while I was browsing to the women’s section, as I was walking the aisle this lady out of nowhere says “you can say excuse me, you know that right?” I ignored her since I was far from her and the aisle was not narrow. I saw this lady again on a different section of the store and realized she was stealing. Not going back here again.

He is the 3rd owner of this shop and has been servicing the area for over 30 years now! The shop itself is likely over 100 years old. I took in a ring to get repaired because one of the side stones had fallen out. He has a great eye for detail and was able to attach the stone and reinforce it a long with the other side stone. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get. Highly recommend to visit this boutique and find my lady, Nina. No more suffering from waiting : )

They didn’t have the ring I ultimately loved in stock, but Genesis showed me other similar options and sized me up. We got the ring ordered and I got it a week later! Kristin Maczko: What a lovely shop and owner! I came in to get jewelry repaired. The owner advised me that while she could do the repair, it would be expensive relative to the inexpensive cost of the jewelry itself. She offered to do the repair if I wanted, and when I declined she took the time to do a free partial repair to get me up and running - so kind! We got to chatting, and I learned that she has owned the store for 50 years, and she makes the jewelry (and even the hanging artwork!) herself. The jewelry is unique and striking, and the owner is lovely. I will be back here the next time Im looking to buy some beautiful jewelry!
