5 /5 Kristin Maczko: What a lovely shop and owner! I came in to get jewelry repaired. The owner advised me that while she could do the repair, it would be expensive relative to the inexpensive cost of the jewelry itself. She offered to do the repair if I wanted, and when I declined she took the time to do a free partial repair to get me up and running - so kind! We got to chatting, and I learned that she has owned the store for 50 years, and she makes the jewelry (and even the hanging artwork!) herself. The jewelry is unique and striking, and the owner is lovely. I will be back here the next time Im looking to buy some beautiful jewelry!

3 /5 Marianne Meredith: I asked this jewelry shop to add four charms to a bracelet. The charge: $30 each. Today I asked a jeweler in San Carlos to add another four charms. Charge: $6 each. Boy did I get taken by Erin Mac Jewelry. Not only egregiously overcharged but it took four weeks to get my bracelet back and they forgot to add one charm. That took an additional 2 weeks. I cant recommend this shop for service or price.

5 /5 Soknot Young: What a wonderful shop. Not only does the shop look amazing from the outside, but is amazing in the inside. Just one glance is all I need to know. I wish I had more time and I will definitely come back and check some more things out. I just happen to be charging my car in this area and I needed to get my steps in. I was greeted by two wonderful beautiful Fur babies. They were so friendly and such a joy and their mother. I believe her name is Erin “the owner” was dressed to the T. A true fashionista, she represents her company and business appropriately. I truly cannot wait to come back again. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience.

Nicole Smith: Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didnt feel rushed at all. I wont lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasnt pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!

Heather Rosmarin: I highly recommend Mansoor Fine Jewelers in Palo Alto. They have a beautiful and unique selection at many price points, and they also provide excellent service for repairs. They can also create custom and replacement jewelry. For example, I lost a pearl drop earring once, and they recreated it perfectly from its paired earring. A bit of history: My mother discovered this store when it was called "Mansoor and Gore" and we were living in Palo Alto in the 1980s. Even after we moved away, we still drive over an hour to visit when we need something jewelry-related. Now my daughter is also a loyal customer. We like to combine a visit to Mansoor with lunch at one of the restaurants and cafes on Ramona St.

I had mainly come to see the watch collection but got to interact with Carol who was so helpful and kind! Truly the experience you would want doing such purchases. In other places generally the sales people are either too pushy or get irked if you ask questions. It truly showed that she loved her job and is phenomenally good at it. The biggest reason I ended up buying was because of how impressed I was with her craft! Thanks a lot Carol! Looking forward to adding few more to my collection from you and the team

Tetiana Sydorenko: Terrible experience. I brought my jewelry for complimentary cleaning and that’s what I got back. Also they put in in plastic zip lock instead of proper dust bag. Is it luxury brand or some fashion jewelry store? My necklace looks even worse than before, there are stains on silver and dirt (or rust) on chain. Please don’t go to Tiffany in Stanford shopping center, store in SF on market street is so much better

My mom absolutely loved it. A week or so later, she lost the clasp on the bracelet. She called the owner who offered to send her not one but two replacement clasps at no charge. I will definitely order again. I am super impressed with the quality of the jewelry and the kindness you extended to my mother. Thank you!
