Nan Hong: This is the worst Van Cleef store. Avoid at all cost. I had my bracelet resized there, it was resized wrong (by Lauren) and the store said I needed to pay to get it sized to my correct size. I would have to wait for the director to approve an appointment and “see” if they could accommodate to my correct size and if not I would have to pay out of pocket (for their mistake). Considering this store has limited appointments already, they continue to waste my time. Absolutely ridiculous for a $15k bracelet. I went to the Vegas store during a conference and they let me resize for free even though it was the Palo Alto store that made the mistake.

Paul was upfront about pricing and their markup; this was refreshing as most jewelers do not disclose this information. Paul described the process of selecting a loose stone and he helped me find the perfect diamond! The diamond was 2 color grades and 1 clarity grade higher for the same price I was quoted somewhere else. The engagement ring was delivered on the promised day and I had a chance to review the CAD before the ring was made. Overall, an awesome experience!

Gabriela: The worst Pandora store Ive been to. In addition to leaving me waiting 20 minutes for the service, they still havent let me try the rings. Ive been to other Pandora stores at Westfield Valley Fair where I can try on the rings and I took $700 dollars in purchases while here I was treated with suspicion. With the customer on my side, the saleswoman was showing the pieces on the counter, for me she said that it was only allowed to show through the glass.
