I had mainly come to see the watch collection but got to interact with Carol who was so helpful and kind! Truly the experience you would want doing such purchases. In other places generally the sales people are either too pushy or get irked if you ask questions. It truly showed that she loved her job and is phenomenally good at it. The biggest reason I ended up buying was because of how impressed I was with her craft! Thanks a lot Carol! Looking forward to adding few more to my collection from you and the team

Tetiana Sydorenko: Terrible experience. I brought my jewelry for complimentary cleaning and that’s what I got back. Also they put in in plastic zip lock instead of proper dust bag. Is it luxury brand or some fashion jewelry store? My necklace looks even worse than before, there are stains on silver and dirt (or rust) on chain. Please don’t go to Tiffany in Stanford shopping center, store in SF on market street is so much better

Michelle Stearns: I ordered a bracelet for my mother just a few days before Christmas. It arrived before Christmas. I couldn’t believe it got here so fast! The packages were beautifully wrapped. My mom absolutely loved it. A week or so later, she lost the clasp on the bracelet. She called the owner who offered to send her not one but two replacement clasps at no charge. I will definitely order again. I am super impressed with the quality of the jewelry and the kindness you extended to my mother. Thank you!

Nan Hong: This is the worst Van Cleef store. Avoid at all cost. I had my bracelet resized there, it was resized wrong (by Lauren) and the store said I needed to pay to get it sized to my correct size. I would have to wait for the director to approve an appointment and “see” if they could accommodate to my correct size and if not I would have to pay out of pocket (for their mistake). Considering this store has limited appointments already, they continue to waste my time. Absolutely ridiculous for a $15k bracelet. I went to the Vegas store during a conference and they let me resize for free even though it was the Palo Alto store that made the mistake.
