    Alfredo Rocha: Luis from Lonora Gold, is a kind and professional owner. I will now be coming here for any jewelry / watch repairs or cleaning. He is the 3rd owner of this shop and has been servicing the area for over 30 years now! The shop itself is likely over 100 years old. I took in a ring to get repaired because one of the side stones had fallen out. He has a great eye for detail and was able to attach the stone and reinforce it a long with the other side stone. I couldnt be happier with the repair. Turn around time: 5/5 (repair took about 2 hours) Pricing: 5/5 Professionalism: 5/5

One year later when I passed by Rolex at standford shopping center, I thought I would try my luck again for my 1 year anniversary. Then I met this wonderful lady, Nina. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get. Highly recommend to visit this boutique and find my lady, Nina. No more suffering from waiting : )

They didn’t have the ring I ultimately loved in stock, but Genesis showed me other similar options and sized me up. We got the ring ordered and I got it a week later! I am so excited and am in love with my wedding band. Thank you so much for all your help and recommendations Genesis! I will definitely be back for any other needs.

The owner advised me that while she could do the repair, it would be expensive relative to the inexpensive cost of the jewelry itself. She offered to do the repair if I wanted, and when I declined she took the time to do a free partial repair to get me up and running - so kind! We got to chatting, and I learned that she has owned the store for 50 years, and she makes the jewelry (and even the hanging artwork!) herself. The jewelry is unique and striking, and the owner is lovely. I will be back here the next time Im looking to buy some beautiful jewelry!
