    Megan van Krieken: I came in to get my watch battery replaced. The repair person discovered that whoever did it before had glued down the battery. He kept the watch and not only replaced the battery but also replaced a missing gasket. He cleaned out some moisture that had collected due to the missing gasket. He did this in his home workshop and dropped it off at my house the next day. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.

I’m considering resetting my engagement ring and replacing my band after 11 years married and we popped in and started chatting with Amanda about possibilities. She sat with us for a good bit of time to talk through options, ballpark ranges, and brought out samples for me to try on. While we’re still in the thinking stage, we genuinely appreciated her time, kindness, service, extensive knowledge and expertise, and most importantly, her patience. Wonderful experience! The man named Jeff is lively, professional, attentive, and joyful to interact with while browsing. There was a lady who had great advice to give me when I felt uncertain of a ring or stone. they are good and very warm, even magnetic might I recommend that store to my family and coworkers too. prices are right( not overly expensive in 2024-25 and the service is great!)

Jordan was a great help and really was able to help me find what I was looking for, Great staff with knowledge and interpretive skills! Worth a look if you are in the area! It also has a wide selection of cheap and comically large rings, which makes this store good for cosplayers and DIY projects. Cute little store with a lot of potential! I will come back!

She took the time to explain every detail about the process, make sure we understood it, and checked in during to make sure we were comfortable. Such a sweetheart and will 100% be coming back!!!
