5 /5 karitourady: I always receive excellent service at the Concord Second St. Branch. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, fast, respectful. Christina S. and Pratap I. , (my most recent encounters) welcome me like they’ve known me forever. I’ve belonged to this credit union for 33 years… through the moves, the name changes, and new ownership and I will continue to do so. Thank you to all the financial specialists for making your job so pleasant!

1 /5 Linda Lewis: This bank is the worst bank ever. I started banking with them when they were Concord Diablo Federal Credit Union back in 1990. They have changed through all the name changes. My complaint is, the fact that they have held my Social Security check in a pending status for 4 days, and when I called they said it would be released 9/ 2 the next business Day. They are blaming this on Social Security but thats not true. Social security notified its recipient that the Social Security checks would be released early because of the holiday, Labor day. Are they holding these checks for monetary gain? Everyone I know received their social security check on Friday 8/29/25. But I have to wait while the check is pending in my account until 9/2/25. This is not legal practice, Iam moving my account from Unify Credit Union. You just lost a long time customer. I see why your rating have dropped to a 2.5..

1 /5 Chris Sampson: This is the only Credit Union ATM that I have ever been charged a fee ($3) for withdrawing from my credit union. I walked inside and mentioned it to an employee and she said "that shouldnt happen Ill tell someone" . I RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE USE ANOTHER CREDIT UNION ATM.
