    Fred Ortanez: Spoke with a banker/employee named Alexander Sanchez, and he was wonderful and polite. Even though his computer stalling and delaying while he was starting our application for a loan; he was very detailed and informative on our account. He worked through his lunch I believe even his manager was mad he didn’t take his lunch, but he was committed to complete our application. I wish more bankers were like him. A++ service in my book. I hope all Patelco branches have their employees put customers first too. Makes us feel appreciated. I feel so bad for the employee. His management was adamant on him rushing the process, but he was great in every way. And we opened a checking and savings account too just because he was so very kind and understanding.

I feel because I’m not white that I’ve been mistreated and treated like I was nothing. I am telling my family not to do business with them my money has been getting RETURNED AFTER I PAID A BILL. we are living in racism times where we as people are getting treated like we are nothing. I’ve never been treated like this before from anyone else I have done business with. Thanks but I’m not satisfied how I’ve been treated when I walk in or at the atm. I shouldn’t have my moneY get returned the money was there. Now I’ve had 200 late fees I have to pay. But thanks for the bad service

For my home purchase, I wasnt the top bidder, but the sellers preferred to work with Ali (as he had helped them refinance their home). Dont do yourself a disservice by using your friend/family member who is new to the industry (Been there!) get yourself a local pro with connections. I had one house that fell through and I needed special fire insurance/wrap around insurance policy for, and instead of the process of finding an insurer being tedious, they were able to recommend me someone who got the job done with as amazing of service as Ali and his team themselves.

    Nyl Eikram: This company has allowed a man using my identity to open multiple loan accounts and does absolutely nothing to help me when I call. The website refuses to let me submit a contact form, the email they tell you to message always comes back as a failure notice and I even asked for help on Facebook where instead of helping me they asked if I wanted a loan and continued to ignore me. Questionable company that does absolutely nothing to help when needed
