5 /5 Fred Ortanez: Spoke with a banker/employee named Alexander Sanchez, and he was wonderful and polite. Even though his computer stalling and delaying while he was starting our application for a loan; he was very detailed and informative on our account. He worked through his lunch I believe even his manager was mad he didn’t take his lunch, but he was committed to complete our application. I wish more bankers were like him. A++ service in my book. I hope all Patelco branches have their employees put customers first too. Makes us feel appreciated. I feel so bad for the employee. His management was adamant on him rushing the process, but he was great in every way. And we opened a checking and savings account too just because he was so very kind and understanding.

5 /5 Sean Gutierrez: I went to this Patelco branch yesterday to set up a new checking and savings account with direct deposit. Staff is very friendly and they took my same day appointment rescheduling with minimal effort. A good first impression for a credit union!

5 /5 ALICIA DEGUZMAN: Yesterday, September 3 we went to Patelco Credit Union Bank , Concord branch . ALL of them were so nice, once you open the door they will greet you and all smiling. Were just walk in customers but one of the bank teller called us hes name is Alexander and he said he can help us there , So where done w/ our transaction in a very short period of time like 10 minutes . He even greet my husband advance happy birthday he saw it in ID Sept 4 hes bday. So thank you very much for a nice experience. We said we will give Alexander a perfect score of 10 if its the highest..

5 /5 apolloobserved: Where do I start with the praises of Patelco? This branch is awesome. I have been with this branch for 22 yrs. Helpful, professional, nice staff and management. They go out of their way to help. To the people with parking issues-do you see the LARGE parking structure right next to the branch? DUH. Opening accounts 30 minutes before closing? Really? Have you ever worked in banking? I have. They have processes they need to follow. The world does not revolve around you-dont you understand Karen? To the branch staff its Kris =) You are Rock stars!
